Call these guys up to replace a lost key for my Jeep Cherokee. Technician (Dillon) called when he was on his way and got the keys made in like, 35 min. (Probably less, I wasn't actually paying attention at the time) Point is, great service and fair price. Will definitely recommend.

Today hasn't been the greatest of days, wallet stolen, cash gone, managed to get access to my bank account because I have a great relationship with my banking people. Got some lunch and didn't realize I had locked my vehicle with my key fob still inside! I called and within moments of answering, and telling how my day was going, managed to strike a deal for the cash I had on me.

Within minutes I was contacted and told my service person was on the way. Soon he arrived and within minutes, had my vehicle open! Great service, very respectful, and will now use these guys in the future and recommend them to everyone! Thanks a lot gents!

It would be 5 stars if they didn't leave me waiting for a technician from 12p until after 6pm. I appreciated the help but it sucked having to pay for the first technician and then have to wait for a second tech to come out. Plus the previous staff didn't let the staff coming on know that I was waiting I had to call back like 4 times to get them to come out.

The second tech was really nice and made a new key for me but he said that I couldn't lock my steering wheel or my key will get stuck again. So I don't understand why that is but such is my luck always getting stuck places.

Perfectly adequate. 30 min.s late AFTER I called to find out IF they were coming. Also $250 is excessive for a key replacement, but whatever. Other one I found willing to do the job wanted $275. DON'T LET MERCHANTS TELL YOU YOU HAVE TO GO TO THE DEALERSHIP! YOU DO NOT! Thanks The guy was pleasant and efficient.

I wish I remembered the name of our locksmith, but he was at my house within the hour and did a great job. He was faced with a bit of a challenge, it turns out that the sellers of my house provided 1 of FIVE keys and our locksmith had to do a lot of work to rekey our home.
