Restoration Roofing did a great job on two different houses the last five years. The owner, Edward Jones, helped me with the insurance claims with his meeting the inspector and helped with protesting property taxes with a report for the county tax assessor so I received more fair evaluations and insurance settlements. Edward was good about calling me back and patiently answers my questions about the repairs and the insurance process. I have benefited from his knowledge, great replacement roofs and guidance through the required steps.

I've used this company for hail damage a couple times over the last few years and Ed was very easy to work with and identified all the damage and resolved all issues with my insurance company. I recently thought I had a roof issue do to some water stain, and Ed immediately sent his roofer out to review the situation. They determined the roof was good and identified an issue with a leaky a/c pan problem. That is a company the has no issue with ensuring their work is good and reliable. Highly recommend working with Edward and Restoration Roofing TX! We came to know Edward when we purchased a home he renovated in Dallas. After seeing his attention to detail throughout the home and the ease of working with him through the home buying process, we knew we wanted to give him our business after a large hail storm. After the storm, Edward promptly reached out to confirm if we had any damage and stopped by to inspect the roof.
After we made our insurance claim, he personally met the insurance adjuster to ensure a fair settlement and walked us through the entire process of replacement. Edward took extra time to explain each step (including understanding the insurance claim and details) via phone and text which was greatly appreciated as new homeowners. Edward's crew showed up promptly on the morning of our repair and was finished by lunch time.
They cleaned up around the entire house and you would have never known roofers were there that morning. Not only does the new roof look great, but we have had several large rainstorms since the replacement with no issues. We had an exceptional experience with Restoration Roofing. RR provided a completely new roof, gutters, windows, and paint for our home after the May 2017 hail storm destroyed everything. Edward was great in working with our insurance provider to make sure we got what we needed for replacement. We were so pleased with the performance of RR we hired his company later for a backyard patio remodel. This also came in above our expectations and beautiful.
