Love this locksmith! I had locked my keys into my car in a pretty remote spot while dispersed camping and they were able to easily find my location and help me out super quickly!

I highly recommend Locksmith Solutions if you end up getting locked out of your own home. They had been very responsive from beginning to end, and handled the situation very professionally within a timely manner. They first had me verify that I was the homeowner by providing a picture of my Drivers License via text or email, then sent out a locksmith technician who had arrived approximately 30 minutes after the verification.

I had gained access into my home just shortly after their arrival. The door locks had to be re-keyed but they provide the service of doing so, with no additional labor cost. They just charged me for the locks. It is reassuring to know that this company is conveniently at our service 24/7.

The technician came quickly. And that's all of the advantages. I got locked out of the detached garage and lost emergency release key. He then proceeded trying to fish for that emergency release rope to release the door. What happened: he tore it off. So now that rope was only connected with one end to the lock for which I had no key. He ripped off the last hope of opening the door without breaking into it.

But of course I did not know that at the time. He just mumbled, that he can't open it, so I have to call maintenance guy (we don't have those in condos, otherwise I wouldn't be calling locksmith in the first place). I asked if he could drill the lock out. He gave me an astronomical price. When I declined, he offered 40% discount (LOL). At this point I realized, drilling the lock out won't help and thus the charges won't stop there.

So I declined services and then he still charged me $50 for not opening the door but tearing off the release rope and leaving me STILL LOCKED OUT of my garage. Then woman called on the phone and asked how it went, when I said, that he charged me and still didn't open my garage, she said "ok, no problem, have a nice day". P.S. the technician said he would text me the receipt and of course he never did.

The woman that called back asking for my satisfaction, called from a toll free number. How convenient. The technician was in LOCKSMITH SOLUTIONS van. And I have a phone record of calling and talking to locksmith solutions. No more proof is necessary. Do NOT use this scam company.

Lost the key fob to my car. Very easy to set up appointment and he was there within 45 minutes. The technician was very nice and professional and everything works great now. Made a stressful situation a lot easier.

I would highly recommend locksmith solutions! When I called I didn't have to wait for a call back unlike other lock service companies. I told them my situation. I couldn't enter my apt and my partner couldn't leave out the apt. They quoted me a time of arrival 30 minutes and came within the time frame btw it was 2:00am when I called. The locksmith was professional.

He not only fixed the problem but further assist us with what we needed until we could have our maintenance man from the apt come replace our knob in the morning. I would definitely use their service again!

I was disappointed in the lack of communication and customer service from this company. I don't usually leave bad reviews but I was very upset about my experience. I scheduled an appointment for locksmith to come by at 11am the next day, which was confirmed. On the day of the appointment, around 12:30pm, I called to follow up since no one had arrived.

I was told that the technician who was assigned to me had car trouble. The tech who I was speaking with apologized and said he was finishing up a job and could be at my house within 30 minutes. I agreed and hung up, expecting to have a locksmith come soon. I then received a call from their office, saying the technician could not come out until either 2 or 3pm.

I was disappointed that I never received a call when they didn't show up to our scheduled appointment. I wasted a big chunk of my day waiting for the locksmith and was promised a technician to come twice, just to continue to have the company push the time back further. I will say that the locksmith was very nice and did a good job when he finally arrived.

Ruben at Locksmith Solutions was very professional and attentive. He re-keyed my office desk and was done in a jiffy. Prior to him coming, dispatch gave me the best quote, told me the tech could be at the office faster than the other competitors, and delivered on their promise. Dispatch was very courteous and professional on the phone too. Thanks for such a positive experience and a reasonable price. I recommend this company to anyone!

So today is Easter Sunday and I locked my keys in the car at church. I called this company to come out to help us. I had a feeling it was going to be expensive since it was a Holiday but the guy added no extra charge. Thank you so much for everything as well as great hospitality. Happy Easter!

I called this locksmith when my keys got lock in the truck. Bill was the person who showed up to get my keys out the truck, He was fast and 100% knew what he was doing. Great job Bill!
