Such a great company. We have a 3 year old who loves to play outside and the guys replacing the roof were so kind and understanding. Never once thought my son was in the way at all. Of course I was on his toes the entire time my son I mean. Thank you all so much we appreciate all your hard work replacing our roof from the workers to the contractors. Thank you all so much. Scott Laza at RoofTime was recommended to us by our neighbor and we're so glad he was! He offered us excellent service, very competitive pricing, and his inspection was the only one 100% in line with our independent inspector's report. RoofTime is also one of the only companies that is bonded and insured. That was important to us. The RoofTime installation crew did a great job!

We had the roof replaced, chimney siding repaired, gutters replaced, trim work done, and they refreshed the paint on our siding. Everything was done beautifully. They even painted our front door for my birthday!

John Giordano is my rep. We had Roof Time replace our roof in 2008, so I called them in May 2019 to look at our roof when we switched insurance companies. John came right out and said the roof looked good. When we had a hail storm in October 2019, I called two days later; John came out and looked at our roof again and said we had hail damage. The insurance adjuster agreed.

We decided to wait until after Thanksgiving to replace our roof and they came out the first nice day after Thanksgiving weekend. Fast, efficient, and cleaned up well. Even found a set of keys we had lost with their magnet to pick up nails! John was great and attentive throughout the process. Roof Time uses quality roofing materials - Atlas, which is one of the top three roofing materials. We would definitely use them again! They are local and have been in business almost 30 years.

We had a great experience with Roof Time General Contractors, but especially with our rep, John Giordano. John was highly responsive and worked with us throughout the entire process to get the product and end result we desired. Additionally, no money was required until the new roof had been installed and we had already been provided a check by our insurance company.

I have heard far too many horror stories of contractors being given money up front and then disappearing, so there was no way I was going to pay up front. We would highly recommend Roof Time to anyone who needs a new roof!

After experiencing a leak in our home, I called Scott Laza at Roof Time. My insurance company approved a new roof, gutters, window screens and all interior repairs. Thankfully, Roof Time was able to accommodate all necessary repairs. From Scott, to the team who installed our new roof, to the carpet installers, to the general contractor who made my room look beautiful again, Roof Time provided excellent customer service. I am thrilled with the final outcome!

We had a big tree limb fall on the roof last night. I called Roof Time Contractors in Midlothian late this afternoon to see if they could help us out since the tree service didn't show up today. We needed to have the areas where the holes are in the roof patched.
