Founder, Horace Neil Rideau, began his career in the Landscape and Irrigation Industry as a teenager where he became a student of the business and developed a passion for sales and customer service. In 1982, he established, Neil's Lawn Sprinkler Service, on a part-time basis, and became certified as a Licensed Landscape Irrigator by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.

They are a wonderful company. From start to finish, they told me exactly what they were going to do. They came out, gave me a quote, and stuck with it. They had a couple of challenges they didn't expect, like the guy not finishing the yard.
