Our technician at Deans is "Ricky". He is awesome. He phones us before each service call to let us know he is coming. He is courteous and always answers our questions. We have been very pleased with all the services offered by Dean's since we signed up with them 6 years ago. From the phone staff to the technicians to the mowers and irrigation techs, every encounter has been positive. Our current lawn technician is JEREMIAH. He is courteous, friendly, accommodating, and very knowledgeable about all the conditions in our lawn.

We've been with Deans 4 years and our lawn has always looked great. But with any service company the tech is what make the difference. The tech we have had for the last 2 years is by far the best person we have ever dealt with. He always communicates when he's coming and wants to know if we have anything that needs special attention. My technician, Justine, is just fabulous. She has been a tremendous help with the infestation of bugs in my ward's empty home. She is so knowledgeable, dedicated, energetic and loves what she does. BEWARE of this company - if your a snowbird as we were - when you leave the service goes from bad to worse! Neighbor sent me pics of my yard and had not been mowed and called them - they told me it had been mowed but when I produced pics there story changed - they will not complete their service and lie to you! The manager who I talked with was condescending and obviously was not dealing with people and my opinion is that is is part of the problem - poor management as this type of business practices start at the TOP! He of course would say different but "my perception is HIS reality"! Stay away and tell your friends about this company taking advantage of we Villagers!

Had my first experience with Dean's today after firing Massey -- gave up on Massey after a year of one issue after another. Dean's was a completely different story -- excellent professional service. George introduced himself as my new service provider. George was friendly, professional and quite knowledgeable. George answered all my questions with what appeared to me reasonable information.
I mentioned casually that I had had some issues with indoor bugs and I hoped his treatment would take care of the issues. Apparently George wasn't satisfied with just his outdoor treatment -- before the day was over a Dean's rep called and made an appointment for a next day indoor treatment. All in all an excellent start -- thanks George, I look forward to working with you.

Have used them for 2 years and service has gone down every month! When called about poor service the best you get is there sorry or never had that problem before! Looks like company has gotten to big to care or having money issues and cutting back on products & service There are to many services to choose from to put up with there poor product and services!

Hands down Deans Services is the best company in Central Florida. They have helped turn around my lawn. It used to be full of weeds and bare areas and today it has never looked better. Also, if I ever have a problem with bugs inside the home, one quick call to their office and a technician comes out.

BEWARE! Do not pay in advance! In the past 9 months it has been nothing but a hassle to get DEANS to do their job. We signed up for their all inclusive pest control and lawn care program and pre-paid (BIG MISTAKE). I have had to call every month (and more) just to get them out to do their regular services: spray for weeds, spray for bugs, trim the grass, trim around objects, fertilize, etc.
The service was so bad that we almost lost large patches of lawn, due to neglect. Literally, I have had to call about EVERY SINGLE SERVICE they were suppose to provide. Never again!
