Gerald is amazing! Highly recommend this business. He communicates well, was patient and courteous with my many reschedules, and the results of his efforts are wonderful! Our dog was having tummy troubles and our clean up efforts with an enzyme left noticeable dark spots on our pure wool Berber carpet. Gerald knew what to do and saved our carpet! Thank you!

I highly recommend the Clean Team - Gerald, the owner does a great job! When I called for a quote to clean a couch, he was friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. Once he arrived, he explained the process, tested the fabric, and made the couch sparkle. Gerald is professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. It was important to me that the cleaning products would be effective, yet human-friendly.
I have a negative reaction to a variety of chemicals and was really pleased to note I had no reaction to the products Gerald used. There was just a hint of a non-objectionable smell while he cleaned, and no smell at all by the time he drove away. Lastly, but not least, he was open to sharing some advice about a different cleaning issue, and that also was hugely valuable to me! I will call Gerald the next time I need a professional cleaner.

I would give him 10 out of 5 stars if I could. Gerald did an amazing job on the carpets of my apartment! They look cleaner than they did when I moved in! He was even able to get the black eye shadow disaster out of the carpet. Locally owned small business, professional and timely! He completed this job on short notice the week of! I highly recommend him to anyone!

After wasting an entire Saturday on trying to clean my carpets on my own, I decided to give you a call. At first, I was a little hesitant to pay someone to do something I thought I could do myself, but I am glad I did! Gerald does amazing work! I had the most terrible carpets and was considering redoing all of the flooring in my house it had gotten so bad. Think of a frat house floor, and then multiply it by 10 and that's what I was working with. Multiple careless renters and animal accidents left my carpet stained and smelly. Gerald, the owner of clean team, came to my house and I was shocked at the results!
By the time I got home it looked like we had brand new carpets installed. I am so completely impressed with the work I will never go through another carpet cleaner again. I highly recommend using the clean team for any and all of your carpet cleaning needs; you won't be disappointed!
