Not only were he and his crew on time, they cleaned up every afternoon even using magnets to make certain they picked up every nail and screw. He kept us informed every step of the way up to and including the warranty at the end of our project. After a long search through local companies i finally discovered Richard's roofing. My roof had sustained severe storm damage and finding a company to conduct the repairs was prooving harder than you would think. Not with Richard's Roofing however! Everyone in the business is a true professional and they exemplifed it everyday. The owner Richard, is a stand up guy who has been a member of the comminity his whole life.

Richards Roofing is truly great company to do business with. We have worked with them on a few occasions now and each time the work was exceptional. They're quick, they're clean and they do a high quality job. Most recently, they did a complete roof installation on our house and my wife and I are very happy with the results. They are meticulous with their work as displayed by the timing for when they installed white shingles so they would not be damaged by the sun and heat of the day.

They did a fantastic job and the roof looks wonderful. We highly recommend Richard and his team. Let me start by saying Richard is the most patient and understanding business man I have ever dealt with. I asked so many questions and he explained everything and took the time to make sure we understood. Most business men get annoyed at all the question but not Richard. He always called back when we left a message, I don't expect him to answer his phone when he is working. The quality of his work outstanding. His team of workers do great work! Took 3 days to return phone call. Finally made an appt for the following day (after finally calling back) between 830-9. By 915 wasn't there- called, no answer. Called again- told my husband "I'm surprised you thought I was still coming. We are backed up due to the rain". What? My husband told him that he expected a phone call to let him know that. Totally unprofessional.

Since the time Richards Roofing came over to give me an estimate for my moms house to the time they finished the job all we got was Professionalism, respectful, keeping the area clean at the end of the day, that goes from the owner Richard and his crew. Richard responded to my question in a timely manner and I also appreciate his honesty. We had 3 other estimates and took a lot of things into consideration when decided to hire Richard. These guys are outstanding. After Irma, our 15 year old roof needed to be replaced. Richard's Roofing had been recommended by a supply company I know. They did an AMAZING job. If you want a roof done correctly the first time than use Richards Roofing. Their price are extremely reasonable and he offers a 10 year workmanship warranty. Since they stand behind their work they do the job correctly and only use the best roofing materials. We couldn't ask for better treatment. We lost a few shingles during hurricane Matthew. We called half a dozen roofers to get an estimate. We had to leave messages at most of the firms.as they were very busy. Many of the companies returned our calls. However, 2 prominent companies did not return our call. Most of the companies said they were not taking on any new customers.

We hired Richard's Roofing Inc. to re-shingle our roof and we are very pleased with the company's excellent performance throughout the process. Richard's Roofing Inc. minimized the difficulty. A previous contractor re-shingled our roof after the hurricanes of 2004 and a short 7 years later shingles were falling off, this included major leaks also appearing.
