They are very quick to respond via email whenever a change needs to be made with scheduling. Their crew is thorough, personable and trustworthy. Prime Cleaning has been our cleaning vendor for over 3 years now and we have always had a positive experience. I run a high-end plastic surgery practice and we were in need of a deep cleaning of the office after a summer's long renovation. My brother referred Prime to me as the go-to for his company's cleaning needs. I met with Kris to go over what needed to be done and he pointed out areas (e.g., dust on the doorsill) that I never even thought about that would be cleaned by his team.
They accommodated our schedule in coming in over the weekend when we weren't seeing any patients and finished the job in a couple of hours. Wonderful results, my boss gave me kudos and we're now bringing on Prime full-time to perform routine nightly cleanings (trash removal, surface cleaning, etc.) at the office. Thanks, Kris!

Maybe my review is one of the minorities, but I didn't even get past the walk through stage with this company. Not only did the rep, who I won't name, arrive to our scheduled office walk-through 15 min late but he also had a bit of a snide attitude when I mentioned the time frame our office needed for midday services. Im not sure why because I was rather polite. He never sent a proposal or a follow up email either so our office ended up with another cleaning service.

The cleaning lady is very thorough and always keeps our office clean and tidy. Everyone is really responsive from the cleaner to the account manager. I would recommend these guys to any office manager who is looking for a reliable cleaning vendor.
