We made arrangements for a survey in September for the month of December. December came and we contacted him to find out when would work for him, and he said the end of the month. We contacted him after Christmas then again after the first of the year, a few calls and a few texts over a few weeks. He never returned our calls or texts, no explanation or offer to reschedule. We were polite and patient. Wasted 4 months waiting for a survey from this surveyor.
