Professional Roofing Systems

We were referred to PRS from our neighbors whom have all had their roofs done by the PRS team. Cary is super friendly and professional. We were able to get our roof within a week from our first meeting. It took the guys a day. They worked hard and did a thorough clean up. The roof looks great! Reasonable, experienced, and very much worth it!

Very satisfied with new roof. I've been homeowner for many years, but never had to replace a roof. Cary Chapman met with me and explained the process, showed me all my options and walked my very steep and complex roof with my insurance adjuster. We had only a few specific days that were convention for us. Our roof has many hips and valleys. His team finished the job within the time constraints.

His crew worked form dawn to dusk. Cary promptly and patiently answered all my questions and walked the job site daily. After the work was completed, the crew spent several hours walking my property and adjacent areas with magnets to ensure all stray nails were recovered. Cary came by personally to do a final sweep with a magnet and made sure I was 100% satisfied.

The day after they finished, a significant rain and wind storm tested my new roof. I walked my attic and garage for 30 minutes during the height of the storm and had zero drips! Thanks for an excellent job @professionalroofingsystems!

Cary and Professional Roofing Systems has installed three roofs for us, first about 12 or 15 years ago in Friendswood, then again for us after a hail storm in Santa Fe about 6 years ago, and lastly he swapped our roof out when we bought a house again back in Friendswood. Each time it's been a great experience, pricing has been as expected and predictable, he's been very open and honest, and the workmanship is perfect. I'm very pleased with my new roof, it's a lifetime shingle with the rip proof fabric, just really great stuff.

Cary Chapman with Professional Roofing Systems has done two roofs for me personally. And dozens of roofs for my parents home business. His roofing crew are some of the best in the business. The are very professional, super fast and really do a great job making sure everything is cleaned up and no lose nails are left behind. His pricing is very competitive as well. I have had two amazing roofs done by Professional Roofing Systems, Carry is a roofer that can handle any job of any size. Treats his customers with respect and gets them the best price for the products he sells. I will be using him in the future on other properties. Can I give this business 0 stars? Professional Roofing Systems put a new roof on my house but I have a leak. I contacted Cary before Thanksgiving, 2 months ago. My roof is still leaking! He doesn't show up for appointments and doesn't bother to call to say why. They also never answer the phone or return calls. My advice-take your business elsewhere!

I have used Carey for the roof on my home as well as dozens of other homes I have sold and managed over the years. He is someone I can call, get the job done and not have to worry if it was done right. Trustworthy and honesty are my experience with him.

Sorry to leave this review as I have had a great experience previously with Cary in our business relationship as I did services for him. He promised to pay, indicated the check was in the mail, emails saying he was busy or on vacation and would get back to me, not to stop services but that everything was great and after many MANY attempts, even a demand letter from my attorney, still has yet to pay the 3 months past due. Sadly, we will have to take this to small claims court to settle when all that would be required is to pay for the services that I completed, that he said he would pay for time and time again. Very sad that a company with "professional" in it's name and claims integrity. can't be.

Just put on a new roof and wanted to put out major kuddos to Professional Roofing Systems! These guys ROCK! The owner met with me to do the estimate. Did the inspection and explained everything to me in detail.
