My neighbor has used Newell for the year. I have had to speak with Newell's crew leader four times now about driving their heavy machines across my (neighboring) lawn. After the last time (Sept '21) I added dirt and seed to repair the damage they caused. Came home yesterday and found new circles turned in my lawn by these guys. They don't care about quality in the least and have been very rude when told not to trespass. Lawn clippings left behind, mulch in the road, and an apparent disdain for anyone whom isn't a customer should be red flags if you are considering these folks.

In early spring, weeds were cut and sprayed and mulch brought in and spread. I waited to see how the mulch maintained. The mulch used was a new and better product and has done well to cover and stay in place. The service is too pricey for my budget for further maintenance. They seem to have a big overhead to maintain but were very nice and quick to do the job and the yard looks nice.

I was about to put my home up for sale but needed to do some landscaping to improve the yard for potential buyers. I was referred to Newell's Lawn & Landscaping by a relative when I made a comment about how amazing their yard looked and that I needed a good and reliable landscaper to spruce up my yard for my house I was about to sell. So, I called them up, and Mr. Newell and his team came out, gave me a very reasonable estimate, and did a FANTASTIC job on my yard and garden. I will certainly be using them on a regular basis for my new house. Great job gentleman, and thank you for all your hard work and the excellent quality!

We are the Newell client, who during the servicing of our lawn, the alleged "Urination-gate" incidents are said to have taken place. There seems to perhaps be a fine line between the first amendment right and willful, haphazard slander. Newell have been doing our lawn for years and Mark is one of the most professional, conscientious business owners we have met.
Not surprisingly, he has a crew of professional, respectful men who work hard and would never do anything as disrespectful and ludicrous as they have been accused of. IF they were going to do something as outlandish as urinating in public, it would be in our yard. They never have and never would. I am generally at home when they are here and have seen them working for years and not once have any of them used our lawn or bushes as a urinal. Considering the troubling issues dominating our headlines and dividing our nation, it is sad, troubling and reckless to fan the flames with such baseless claims.
Sad also to have so much idle time and hate in one's heart to seemingly blatantly enjoy doing so. As they might say, "A picture is worth 1000 meritless Google reviews." Mark, you and your crew are the best!

The owner is a douche. One of their lawnmower hit an object and put a hole in my vinyl siding. He did not take ownership of the service that was performance. He only gave reasons and excuses as to why it wasn't their fault even when I showed him the evidence of what had occurred. He had an opportunity to show superior customer service but he DIDN'T. I would RECOMMEND using a different lawncare before choosing this one! I was very disappointed!

Nicole, I am the owner of flyer delivery service and I'm extremely sorry my guys walked through your yard, much less with a no soliciting sign on the door. We do discuss the do's and don't's with each walker and I'm disappointed one of them evidently isn't paying attention which has made you upset and caused a bad review for Newell Lawn Care. Newell really does do an awesome job for every customer I've personally come into contact with, including myself. I will reiterate our rules in order to be employed with us, and I sincerely apologize to you and to Newell for causing this issue.

I have been a customer for a few years and Mr. Newell and his staff has always delivered. My lawn looks great, they come by when it's the right time for each application, I have no weeds but still have birds and worms and my soil is healthy! Staff is very courteous and this is a very no hassle way to care for your lawn. So glad we became customer's! You'll not be disappointed and they offer different levels of lawn care to customize with your needs. Great Company!

Meredith L - Customer since 2013 Newell Lawn Services is very professional and produces excellent quality work. Our yard has never looked better! They are extremely responsive and prompt with their weekly and special services, with a wonderful customer service staff. The only reason I didn't rate them 5/5 is because I think their prices are much higher than competitors -- however, I have learned from past experiences with less expensive companies that you get what you pay for - if you want quality, you need to pay for it!
