Stopped in to buy bathroom tiles and kitchen backsplash. They were not open and the sign said they worked on appointment basis preferably. Their website has no mention of this. We called the number and the owner said she was a few minutes away. We waited. When she arrives she did not acknowledge our presence or apologize for the misinformation. We went in and she proceeded to say look around in a very uninterested manner and did not ask us any questions as to what we were looking for. She is extremely customer unfriendly and would highly recommend for anyone interested in friendly and helpful service look elsewhere for their renovation ideas!

I called and made an appointment to pick out tile. I arrived ten minutes early. The sales person had agreed to slot someone in before me who called from the parking lot but when I arrived she called them back to say that I was there and that they would have to make another appointment. All that was good but then she disappeared for 15 minutes to eat lunch?!? Ok, I was early and it was lunch time.
But when she finally returned to the sales floor and our appointment started she took phone calls, helped an old customer who had dropped by without an appointment and was extremely unhelpful. I am sorry as I was hoping to get advice and order tile from this company but I won't be back.

We walked up since there was an open sign with posted hours on the door. The door was locked so we looked into the windows and were standing by the door. A woman comes up, looks at us and posts a sign that says by appointment only and walks away. Completely rude. At least walk out and greet your potential customer or offer an appointment personally. Terrible customer service. Very disappointing, as I am in the market to purchase all new flooring for my home.

Celia really knows her stuff. She has a great eye for color. She drew everything up on the computer to give us a perspective of how the tile would lay out. The end product was really very special. When Celia came to the house, she had a vision in her mind which she was able to translate into reality. Celia gives personal attention to the client. We never felt we were just another customer in a big box store. If you are looking for something special, this is a go to place.

Celia treats every job the same, whether it is a small bath or an entire house. Celia recently completed the design for our new home. I love it all. Worked with Celia at the other store she worked at. She designed three beautiful showers and floors in our bathrooms. Each different and so stunning. She also designed our kitchen backsplash, classy and elegant, just what we were looking for. Oh, and the beautiful handmade tiles for our front porch and steps. Talented and just lovely to work with.
