I had called over 10 companies to have a simple fascia and gutter issue repaired, but none wanted to do it unless I spent thousands! Even though the repair itself was only a $20 fix. I had the part to fix it, but unfortunately it had to be installed on the second-floor gutter which is extremely high and at a high roof pinch. Jake from Elite Roof and Solar came to see my issue and understood the problem quickly.

He said he would inspect it and would install it for me if it solved the problem. And, get this, he would do it for FREE. Yes, you read it correctly. Jake did it for FREE. Every company wanted to get as much money as possible, and I felt disgusted at the way they talked to us, "You will learn that's the going rate". Elite has earned all my future business. I had a new roof installed. From the delivery of materials through the clean up afterward everything was done with care and attention to detail. Mick (Elite Roofing) responded to my inquiry to fix some wind damage on our roof immediately. He sent out his crew to check what needed to be done and in a matter of days, the work was complete. They even took pictures before and after the repair. Our roof is 3 stories high with and challenging access but that didn't seem to bother them! Our cost was very reasonable~less than I thought it would be! Thank you for a great job!

TL/DR: A very professional, well managed roofing company, with fantastic market area managers. I wanted comparative quotes from several reputable roofing contractors. Elite Roofing was a company that looked good from an experience and BBB: A+ rating perspective. All of their online reviews are five star. I have not read one negative thing about the company.

That is very impressive. Elite Roofing is a GAF Presidential Award Winning, Master Elite contractor. They are in the top 2% of companies who sell GAF shingles. They install roofs, gutters, and solar options. They have 5,000+ customers in the area. I was contacted almost immediately by a local market area manager named Rick Moser. To say that Rick is a great company representative would be an understatement.

He spent a considerable amount of time at my home answering questions, providing samples and brochures, and explaining the entire process of purchasing a new roof. His detailed price quotes arrived extremely quickly. Every item and service was outlined. Unfortunately, the owner provided a price quote for a GAF Timberline Ultra HD shingle that I felt was a bit too high for the quality of shingle. If you are in their service area, Elite is a company that you should contact if you need any of their products.

A neighbor who is a general contractor suggested Elite to repair our leaky roof. The insulation crew showed up 8:30 am and paced up cleaned up swept with magic for nails and were gone by 2:00 pm. Very professional personnel from the estimator, the owner, and the installing crew. I will use them again in 25 years if needed.

Very pleased with the work done to our roof. Our previous roof was original to the house and about 20+ years old. Jake provided a quote and let me know up front that there may be some damage to the OSB just due to the age that he couldnt account for until the shingles were off. So nothing was unexpected on the final invoice. Sent me pictures of everything all the way through and the team got the roof done in probably half a day. No complaints here. Will keep them in mind for anything we may need in the future

I was referred Elite Roofing from a family member and told they are the best. Called Jason Harris, he handled everything just as we asked and more! We had a new roof installed on our home and carport, along with new 6" gutters. Jason was very helpful and was easy to talk with during the process. The roofers were there first thing in the morning, respectful, and worked quickly to get our roof and gutters replaced.

I hired Elite Roofing to repair my leaky roof over our sunroom and can't be any happier I chose this company. They also replaced our gutters. A special shout-out to their rep Jason Harris. He communicated well and they did what they said they were going to do. I highly recommend them for roof & gutter replacement!

The work was done fairly quickly and professionally by nice young men. The owners accepted what my insurance gave me for the repairs so the process was made easy. I even had a request that was not part of my roof installation - one of my side windows needed the screen put back (painters did not put that one screen back on and never did respond to my request to put it back on) so I was very pleased that they did this for me!

That was very nice. These guys worked in 80 to 90 degree heat with long sleeves. I don't know how they did that! My only problem was with clean up. My back porch was not swept well. I continue to find single nails and those little green round roofing bits, even yesterday I found 3 of those with nails out front near my water hose. So I would recommend that they spread the drop cloth better to prevent this. Thanks guys!

We are very happy with Elite Roofing. Once current personnel learned that our replacement had fallen through the cracks during a management turnover, they acted quickly to get our roof replaced and did a fine job. We also had gutter guards installed. There was a small problem, and again management acted quickly to take care of it.

Couldn't get shingle I wanted after waiting for 3 months. I agreed to a substitute, but it wasn't even close when it came in. They started installing and I called the salesman to try to stop it. They wanted to continue the installation so I reluctantly agreed. They sent two people to talk to me after the installation as if that would do any good. I paid the bill in full, it made me sick. I wish now I had accepted the other company quote, even though it was $1000.00 higher.

Elite did an amazing job repairing my roof. Jake's first visit included an inspection and comprehensive photos which he shared with me while explaining issues that he uncovered. Thereafter, the repair was was completed over a two day period and was done professionally with no disruption to my schedule. During the actual repair, Elite kept me informed of their progress and the work that was being done. I look forward to working wit Elite on my next project.

Our home had wind damage to our roof as a result of Tropical Storm Zeta coming through our area of Catawba County in November, 2020. We had several roofing contractors inspect and give us quotes, but Jason Harris and the Elite Team rose to the top. The Elite quote was $1,600 under the next best price and after seeing two neighbor houses that Elite has recently done, we decided to go with neighbor recommendations. Jason Harris could not have been nicer to work with and everything was done with precision and on time.

The crew was unbelievable. They were the hardest working group of young men I have ever seen and arrived at dawn and left at dusk. One day as I was driving home and started up the driveway, two of those young men saw me coming and ran to the driveway to roll the magnetic bar all up the drive to make sure I didn't get a nail puncture in a tire.boy was I impressed!

When they finished the last night at 9:00 pm, my wife and I looked at each other and both expressed that we were glad the sound of construction was over but we felt a sincere feeling of sadness that the excellent team of young men were leaving. We prayed that our Lord would protect them as they went about their dangerous work each day. We had Elite Roofing replace an approximately 11,000 sq ft roof on one building and 3 smaller 1300 sq ft roofs. They did an excellent job! They kept to their quote and to their timeline. They cleaned up beautifully, I have only found 1 nail. I highly recommend Elite roofing. We will use them for our next project as we have already used them for at least 3 previous projects.

We recently needed some roofing repairs that were suggested in an inspection report. Elite was so helpful and timely with their response and very reasonable with their charges. We were up against a closing deadline and they made sure the job was done right and with time to spare. A great experience that was above and beyond the call of duty.

Elite roofing was recommended by a friend who is in construction. He specifically told me to get ahold of Jason Harris who came out & inspected my roof. He determined that there had been hail damage & suggested that I contact my insurance company. Then he met the adjuster at my home. I had other companies give me an estimate but they did an arial measurement & would have not caught the damage. The crew did a great job & was able to do it all on one day & the whole area was totally cleaned up.

We just recently bought house and start seeing leak on our garage. we reached out to Elite Roofing and setup time to get the estimate. Ashley Hull from the Elite Roofing came over and examined the leak and was able to find what was causing the leak. Luckily we don't have to change the roof and he even put caulking application for no charge as temporary fix (which should last couple years).

For permanent fix, he recommended to install diverter which would solve the wrong installation of gutter pipe which was draining water just above the nail on roof. I will highly highly recommend Elite Roofing esp. Ashley Hull for his commendable work and they have picked up one permanent customer for long time.

We had numerous people come and give us quotes and while they were not the cheapest they were cheaper than most and very quick to get to us and get us our quote. They took down a room in the back and did our roof for way under our budget and were very fast and efficient. The workers they sent were very nice and worked all day and got finished right before a big shower came through.

The gentleman that took down our room was fast and cleaned up all of his mess. They made sure to get all of the nails so we would not get any flat tires and the salesman called us once it was completed to make sure we were happy with everything. The roof looks great and now we have a great patio where we used to have a leaky playroom. Will definitely recommend them if you are looking for good quality work at a fair price.

This is a great company & team. The sales/service (Jason Harris) contact is professional & thorough. The owners are very much involved and accessible. The roofing crew was punctual and their work has been solid.
