I was telling a friend I was interested in having a metal roof instilled on my 1949 brick ranch and he told me he knew exactly who should do it. From my first text to Chad Farmer to our walk around after the roof was completed, the service, expertise, and professionalism was top notch. Each step was carefully explained to me. Lenny and his crew were friendly, installed the roof perfectly, and cleaned the lawn immaculately. They even saved scraps of the roofing for my father to use for bird house roofs. I recommend this company 100%.

Working with Commonwealth Roofing was am all around great experience from start to finish. They were responsive, on time and did an excellent job communicating throughout the entire project. Chad Farmer at Commonwealth Roofing Specialists did a tremendous job from day one. I called in around 3pm to see if someone could give me a quote as soon as possible. I was not expecting to get same day service but Chad called me within 30 minutes and was at my house by 5pm that same day. He did a great job facilitating my roof and gutters replacement.

I would recommend these guys to anybody. Chad kept in touch with me for over a year while I waited on my loan to come through. The price was fair and they finished the job in one day. It was a large job as the roof was in very rough shape. They also honored an earlier price for plywood sheets before everything started to go up. Very professional crew and hard working. Overall fantastic job and great customer service. Would recommend to anyone.

They were able to get our roof completed about 6 weeks after the deposit due to weather delays, they came before 7am and had the roof off by 830am, a team of 7 guys had our roof completely finished by 5pm. They were professional and hard working, even in the extreme heat. Todd(operations manager) was very Professional and great to work with. He gave us a brochure of color options as well as addresses of roofs we could look at for color choices.

We chose the Castle Grey architectural style and it looks perfect with our brick home. They were able to put in a roof vent system (but they don't hook it up) and they added a drip edge to prevent leaking. They even went around with medal detectors after the job to make sure they didn't leave any nails behind which was reassuring since we have dogs.

The quote for our home was about average for the area but they offered a 10 year warranty along with great quality shingles. It has only been a week, but so far we love it and haven't seen any issues.
