5 starts from the start! From the phone call getting an estimate and taking my information Quick. To the response from the technician keeping me updated on his arrival time. Took less than 5 mins to open the car to get it unlocked. We all know how 5 o'clock traffic is PLUS this crazy heat right now. He got there as Quick as he could and I was also able to use Apple Pay. Which came in handy since I didn't have my wallet on me. Thankyou to the lady who took my call ( didn't get her name) & Ryan the technician who got it done in a flash!

Locked our keys in the trunk and Ryan came to the rescue. He was super quick to getting to us as well as working his magic. Felt bad because it was kinda late and raining out but, Ryan powered right through it all. Super awesome and will definitely be reaching out to Milwaukee Lockstar should I ever lock my keys in my car again.

Really terrible service. Quoted me one price for what I asked for (rekey) and then came and installed new locks on all doors and charged me more than double the original price without earning. Even charged me for an extra lock they didn't change. The locks that were done don't work properly. Awful communication. If you call they always say a manager will call back and they don't.
If you text, they over promise and under deliver. I have been waiting for a refund for two weeks now and they have not even been able to send an invoice of the work done that was requested over a week ago. Would absolutely NOT recommend. Call anyone else if you want to be treated fairly.

I lost my keys during work & didn't notice until after. I called Lockstar & they responded almost immediately & sent help on the way. Ryan pulled up on me so fast that I didn't have to stand outside in the cold too long, he's an extremely professional & friendly dude! He made me a new car key at the spot & the process was extremely fast! Probably one of the best mobile Locksmiths out here & charged at an amazing cheap price! Ryan Saved my life! 10/10!
