They were super fast to return my call and get me scheduled and stayed in contact with me s before my appointment and let me know arrival time. Just put in a memorial garden in honor of my mom. I had existing sprinklers in this area but it made no sense after tearing everything out and raising the bed. In fact, when the landscape folks came to raise the bed, they buried 3 heads deep and one under a tree planted last year over it. Mr Kenny, Tyler, and Juan came out and found the heads, came up with a plan, and Juan stayed and did the fixing.

He was artist in making sure he placed new heads where necessary. He moved others-surgically moving landscape and putting it back-including plants and stone. It was not an easy job but he made it look easy. The original quote was for $1800-2100 which was expensive but included having to add another zone. As it turned out, they were able to save time and a lot of money not adding a zone and accomplishing the same end goal for about $1100.

I really appreciated them considering cost. Catherine in the office was very responsive too even though they are very busy. Took a while to get on their schedule but very pleased with every aspect and will use them again Thanks y'all!

Kept me informed ahead of time as to start date and delays due to weather. Then started when they said they would. Left the yard in much better shape than I expected, considering all of the trenching and digging that was required. When they were completed, went through the system in detail to make sure I knew how to operate it. I was very pleased and satisfied with the entire experience.

The first attempt to close our system for the winter was interrupted by an electrical issue at the control box. We had an electrician repair a GFI and Mid-South Irrigation came back to complete the job at a later date. They did not charge us for the first visit which I really appreciate. MidSouth Irrigation Team showed up on time and thoroughly assessed our underground water mystery. We have had a slow leak under a driveway that went undetected until recently. They took the time to confirm the source of the leak, changed a sprinkler head that was overkill, saving our water consumption, repaired broken lines and cleaned up. All in under an hour. Amazing service! I'm sold!

I called for an estimate for lawn drainage in May. The person answering the phone told ME that the owner had a 4k minimum on all his jobs.let's be clear. Even though I didn't spend 4k. Clearly not your work. I had already received several quotes for my job. Yours was overly inflated. Its obvious your company is fleecing the great people of Memphis metro area. I suggest that everyone reading this get several quotes. Do your research. Asking me to take this down only shows everyone that your company is only looking out for itself.not the citizens.

Jesse came out yesterday to provide consultation and recommendations. He was very nice and provided a good explanation of my drainage problem, as well as suggestions for landscaping. I am awaiting estimate and looking forward to his plan.
