KJ arrived within a half hour of his call confirming the appointment. He was knowledgeable, polite, and very professional. Given that our French door was locked (and we have never had a key for it in the 12 years we have lived here), he ascertained that something was disconnected internally. He was able to get the door unlocked and then, carefully/methodically disassembled the lock mechanism and found the problem.

The door latch and locking mechanism now work better than before. KJ was amazing and he is to be commended for his professionalism and excellent work. It was indeed a pleasure to work with KJ. We highly recommend Speed Locksmith and their name says it all - they arrived within an hour of our initial call on a Sunday. Great service indeed.

I was locked out of my house. Seth showed up in 20 minutes. He looked at the door and said it was a difficult one to pick. He tried for 4-5 minutes, then said he would have to drill the lock out. I told him not to as I had been in phone contact with a locksmith friend who said my locks were not hard to open. I called a different company who arrived in 25 minutes and had me in the house within 3-4 minutes without damaging the lock.

When I called Speed with that info, they waived the $35 fee for showing up but not successfully getting the door open. The second star is for being quick, and for not charging me for failed effort.

Speed lock answered the phone on the first ring I called first thing in the morning and they were out in less then 1 hr. I needed few locks re-keyed. Guy was very professional but most off all efficient and friendly and affordable! He was also prepared for a broken lock! After speaking with Guy, he also is very knowledgeable with setting up and installing the Ring and Nest for home security!

He saved me hours of reading and installing! With in 20 mins he had me up and running with my Ring home security system! He was truly a life saver! I was truly blessed to have him as the locksmith today under my derest situation I was dealing with! Thank Good for genuine, honest, hard, working people like Guy!
