Based on my initial experience with their "designer" Tiffany, I am not impressed at all. She started off asking me a few questions about my project, what I needed done, and what my budget was going to be. I told her I needed the kitchen, master bathroom and guest bathroom remodeled. Mind you, there will be no major floor plan changes, plumbing changes, nor electrical changes, so permits will not be needed at all for this 2200 sqft home.
All I am doing is replacing what is there. My kitchen is about 14' x 14' with cabinets along two opposite walls, with a 7 foot peninsula coming out of one end, with upper cabinets only on one wall. The first thing she does is take my address and goes online to find pictures of my house on a real estate website to "guestimate" what my kitchen will cost based on photos that she looks at.
She tells me $50,000. That's when I got suspicious about this place. I had three other estimates for my kitchen with measurements actually taken and they all came in around $25000. But the real kicker came when she gave me estimates for my two bathrooms based on photos again. Mind you, she has no idea of the sizes for these bathrooms, but based on the overall square footage, she knows it's not a 5000+ sqft home.
For my guest bathroom, which is about 13' x 6', all I need replaced is the vanity, mirror, lights, toilet, and the alcove tub with tiling in the tub area, a simple job and nothing major. She quotes me $40,000. I nearly passed out, and now I'm thinking something is up. For the master bath, which is approximately 17' x 7' which includes a 6' x 5' shower (with interior tiling), two vanities, mirrors, and lights.
She quotes me $60,000. Yes that's right, $60,000. That's when I knew something was up. (A) She either has no clue as to what she is doing, (B) they are giving me these outlandish prices because they are in high demand due to these times we are in at the moment and they just want to throw the highest most ridiculous price out there hoping it will stick, and if doesn't, no sweat off their back because they will just move on to someone who will pay their outlandish prices due to the demand, or (C) she was trying to dissuade me into wanting them to do the job because my budget ($50,000) wasn't worth their time and effort.
I think (C) is most likely, if not all the above. Then come to find out there is a $5500 fee to have someone come out to take measurements in order to draw up a pretty design on a computer to get actual true estimates of what this project would cost. So you can see why I'm thinking (C). Please note, If you go to their page on Houzz you will see nothing but all 5 star reviews, not a 4 star or lower in site, and you will also see multiple completed projects with the same level of remodel I proposed, all done for under $50,000, completely proving my point. I will definitely be staying away, and finding a more honest business!

THE. BEST. Don't look any further! Hire them! We were looking for a design/build company we could trust. They delivered and with high quality! They do it all from design, flooring, cabinets, countertops, drywall, paint, electrical, plumbing, backsplash, etc! We've done 3 different projects with them now. A few years ago they did our kitchen.
We get compliments on it all the time. They spent tireless hours searching for the perfect sink we picked out and couldn't find in stock! Sorry the picture is a little dark, but the island has open shelves on this side of the picture. The kitchen also includes a microwave drawer, trash can drawer, specialty drawers, pull out drawers in some of the cabinets, soft close, etc.
We have now recently hired them again to do our bathroom after severe water damage. They fit us in and gave us a better than ever bathroom in a reasonable time. They also gave us all the documentation we needed for our insurance company. We also had them recently do a custom craft room. It's also amazing! They made my dream come true and figured out exactly how to lay it out so everything would be setup perfectly in reach for all my different projects!
The designers are great at listening to what you want and providing suggestions to make sure everything looks great. They have a great eye for colors and styles. Additionally all the workers are very professional and do high quality work. They show up on time and make sure every little detail is perfect. You can trust them to do the best from design to build!

My wife and I remodeled our bathroom with ABT. From initial planning and layout to the final product, we were impressed. They walked us through the showroom and were very patient and helpful when it came to the many choices that went into our remodel. They were also extremely knowledgeable when it came to questions about style and what would add resale value to our home.
We were quoted 3-4 weeks for the project and we pleasantly surprised when they not only kept their deadline but finished ahead of schedule. All of there employees are equally friendly and Antonio's craftsmanship and work ethic are second to none. A few months after the construction we contacted ABT for some follow up items that we noticed with the bathroom. They responded promptly and took care of all our needs. We will not hesitate to use ABT in the future.

On my initial visit on July 3, I submitted a diagram of the room with a rectangle in it that another company had given me for a kitchen island. The room is semi circular and we discussed a shape that would mimic the semi circle. Last Thursday I requested specs so I could start my search for barstools. Today I received the same diagram I had originally provided with no specs. What a disappointment.

I hired ABT after getting several quotes for my kitchen remodel. This was the only company that came in with an estimate in my budget and I liked their process. First, they came to my house and took measurements, next I went into the showroom to pick potential products, then after that I got a quote. This was more accurate and easy for me to understand.
The products they use are of high quality, well rated, and there is a variety of price ranges. They were flexible with the project; I could do the demo and most of the painting on my own to save some money. When it came time to start the project, I had to wait a bit longer than I expected, but I think what is still considered normal. I made my initial payment to get products ordered on 2/8 and the construction started on 3/27.
There was a 3-4-week lead time to get cabinets ordered. Once construction started, it went very quickly. I was traveling, so Bill kept in touch by texting updates, questions, and pictures. All workers were very friendly and skilled. At one point, one of them even fixed something in my bathroom, which wasn't part of the project. I have a dog and they were great with her.
The project was completed on 4/20. I cannot say enough about the integrity of this company. When the countertops were being installed, a small area of the cabinet frame got nicked. I would have never noticed this on my own, but Bill immediately called to let me know and arranged for it to be fixed. Also, they worked with me to find options for drawer pulls when my initial choice didn't fit all cabinets.
They didn't sweat the small stuff and just worked to get it fixed. They also cleaned up very well at the end of each day. I cannot say enough about this company. I had a great remodeling experience. I did not have to deal with unexpected delays or costs. I am a single woman who does not know much about construction and at no point did they try to take advantage of that. I would highly recommend this group and will recommend them to friends and family. I will also use them again as the need arises.

I have used ABT on two separate occasions. First, we ordered cabinets for our kitchen to match our existing cabinetry. ABT had the exact manufacturer, stain and cabinet style we were looking for. I met with Kristi and she listened to what I wanted and was able to send over pricing within a few days. After that all communication was over the phone and email which made it very easy.
The cabinets came in and they were perfect. We installed them and you would never know that they are a new addition. The second time we used ABT we called to get an estimate on new Windows. Angie and Bill came out to our house and in just a few days they sent us an estimate with a few different options. After we decided on what we wanted the rest of the process was a breeze.
The installation took 1-1/2 days and all the workers were very professional and made a point to clean up as much as they could. I am very pleased with ABT's commitment to good customer service and I will use them again in the future.

Customer Service Excellence is the guiding principle behind the way Angie and Bill conduct their family owned business. They take pride in prompt and professional service from the time the initial job is inspected, estimate provided, work commenced through to completion. They not only listened to my desires for the project but provided expert guidelines and suggestions -- and when an unexpected leak was discovered, they provided me with solutions and resolution, even though it meant a considerable amount of time and effort expenditure. I've had the pleasure of having Beto serve as primary contractor on both bathroom renovations I had completed and I could not have been more satisfied.
This is a man who delivers nothing less than the finest quality craftsmanship in the work he provides. I am 100% delighted with the finished products, thanks to the team at ABT.
