This is a well organized business. There's the sales rep who will visit the site to discuss your needs and the process and present an estimate and contract. We needed to revise the contract which was quickly handled. You are then assigned a crew leader who will also visit the site prior to the job. Our job was moved up a week from the original plan which was convenient.

Since we already had some paint we wanted to use we agreed to supply all the paint and they provided the rest of the prep materials, etc. Our crew was a young man and woman who were very good. They completed the prep work the first day and the painting the next. We had a combination of spray work on the stucco and brush work on the siding and they were excellent at both.

The crew leader checked in from time to time but they were well organized and efficient on their own. I was present the entire time. Having painted many houses in my younger days I can confirm that they are very good and did not cut any corners. They were very careful around the many trees and plants around the house and left the site just as clean as they found it. Aside from everything looking 100% better you wouldn't have known they'd been here.

We had a great experience with Gonzalez Painters & Contractors. We promptly received an estimate for replacing wood rot on the exterior of our home. We ended up having them replace the gutters as well. They were only slightly more expensive than other quotes received and it was definitely worth it for the excellent work and exceptional communication. Esteban was the Project Manager and he continuously kept in contact with updates and how the project was going. I will definitely use them for future home projects.

Recently had another company replace our roof, replace rotten wood siding and install gutter/downspouts. Things looked so good that I decided to also have the house painted. On the recommendation of my neighbors, I used Gonzalez Painting. Their price was as I expected and the quality was very good. I've been told that I can be a little picky but once the Gonzalez crew was done, there was nothing I could say.

They did a great job of prepping the surface, they addressed my requests, they respected the property and were careful not to destroy plants and shrubs. They cleaned up after themselves and really took pride in the quality of their work. If I had known they also did roofs, wood repair, and gutter installation, I would have considered getting a bid from them as well. I'll keep them in mind when we need to have our interior walls painted.

They did a fantastic job on the outside and inside of my new sun room. It was a pretty big project and complicated by having to paint around a pool table and light. You can see in one of the pictures on how well they covered everything inside. There was indoor/outdoor carpet and not a spec of paint was to be found at the end of the project. The outside had to be painted white to match the siding (HoA rules).

When they paint (instead of stain), they prime the wood, fill in hole and use caulk. Looks really nice! The remainder of the outside was stained (3573 Tavern Oak from Sherwin Williams if you want to know). The inside was also stained expect for the roof which was painted. They matched it extremely well. When the project starts you get the phone number of the foreman so you don't have to go through the main office.

They have multiple crews so sometimes they will stagger the work depending on the day and weather. I also used Gonzales several years ago to paint the inside of my old house before selling. They did a great job then as well. Their quote was in line with others, but my prior experience led me to them. If you're curious about the sun room, Archadeck did the work. I used Gonzalez Painters & Contractors for the exterior painting on my house and everything from start to finish was excellent. The company was very responsive from the very beginning - Edgardo in Sales walked me through options for exterior painting, carpentry repair on trim, and roof/skylight replacement. I was sent a detailed estimate within days. Pricing was fair and upon approval our project manager Alejandra worked to get my job up and running within the week. Juan and his crew took excellent care of my home going above and beyond to make repairs and prep the exterior prior to painting the siding and trim. We're very happy with the end result and thankful to have worked with a team that had our satisfaction in mind throughout the process.

We were very pleased with the roof replacement performed Gonzalez Painters & Contractors. We chose them for the job because they are an established business in the Triangle area and gave a rapid, accurate, estimate for the work to be done. The roof replacement was performed ahead of schedule and on budget using quality products. The crew always behaved in a professional manner and we were well-satisfied when the work was completed. The job was well done.

Excellent job! Removal of popcorn ceilings is usually a very messy job, but these guys clearly knew what they were doing and carefully covered everything with plastic, including doorways between rooms and every piece of furniture and cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. The paint job looks great! From beginning to end the process was very smooth and efficient, with good communication. Marco, the project manager, was friendly and knowledgeable.

He stayed completely on top of things, being very accessible and responsive by phone, texts, and email when he wasn't here in person. Oscar and the rest of the crew were skilled, hard working, respectful and friendly. We highly recommend Gonzalez Painters and Contractors, and we will be using them again.

Gonzales Painters & Contractors recently completed exterior painting and replacement of rotten and damaged wood. They did an excellent job! Gonzalez Painters and Contractors are professional and do exemplary work. They were hired to paint the exterior of our house (including doors), replace our gutters and repair any damaged planks and trim. Part of our house dates back to the 1700s and was handled with great care. The crews were courteous and attentive. After the job was done, the house was inspected and touched up. Gonzalez was wonderful. They planned carefully and let me know each step before they began the job. On-site they were professional, caring and very efficient. They did a great job! There was a project manager who stopped in every day and checked on the progress and if I had any concerns.

Eric and Juan painted the exterior of our home while we were away and the interior while we were at home with the grandchildren. They were prompt, timely, efficient, and flexible. They were proactive, in terms of inspecting their work, giving suggestions, and performing minor painting tasks outside the written contract. They did not cut corners. We had an excellent experience with the Gonzalez Company that included repair of shake shingle siding and complete exterior painting of our two story house. The estimate was detailed, so that I could understand it and add some fine points to it. They started when they said they would, had a project manager who kept in touch, had a work crew that was courteous and did finely detailed work quickly and with timely cleanup.
