Customer service is everything and this company is seriously lacking. Ari, the one Jake hides behind when problems come up, is snappy and has an excuse for anything they have done wrong. It's a small, 2 person company, with 1 great tech guy. 30 day equipment returns do not apply to them. The cons far out way the pros. We're switching companies!

Jacob was awesome and I would absolutely use him and Zions Security Alarms. I wish I had met him sooner as I apparently signed a lengthy contract with my current alarm company and aside from paying hundreds of dollars to get out of it, I'm stuck. As soon as I'm able to get out of the contract, I'll be with Zions Security Alarms.
