My Mom was having trouble with her hot water heater and I called in the morning and was told that someone would be out between 11:00 and 1:00. They were here at 11:00 and so nice.explained everything to us and completed the job promptly and she's got hot water again. We both were so impressed with the service. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

I bought a water heater through Lowes, who contracted the installation out to Double Diamond. Lowes was fine, but Double Diamond exceeded expectations. They worked with my schedule, were professional, and worked efficiently. The technician went above and beyond. The installation was done in an hour, he cleaned up the area, and even helped me with my swamp cooler. I wish I had caught his name to give him a personal shout out, but I would definitely recommend this company.
