My husband is a installer for this company and they are fantastic they have a nice selection of flooring and they always put there customers and employees first

This was a very painful experience. We were having wood flooring installed in a small bedroom and closets. The owner came to measure and quote. He was professional and personable. When it came time for installation, everything fell apart. The installer was late, an hour later he left to get a tool he forgot, he returned after 3 hours, worked for 50 minutes and then said another tool broke and he couldn't work any more.

The next 2 days were more of the same, plus he was a complete slob with glue and tracked it all over our house, which we had to clean before it dried. He was either inept or inexperienced and quite disrespectful of our home. He laid the floor in our large closet, beginning and ending with 1/2 strips. We had been in touch with the owner each day and on the 3rd day, we insisted someone qualified complete the job.

They sent another installer who was experienced, polite and neat. In the end, this was quoted as being a 2 day job that took 5 very stressful days. We had to have the closet company come and install a toe kick to hide part of the mistakes the first installer made. The total cost of the floor was $4800, and only after my saying something, did they discount the bill by $200. We have had many contractors, installers and repair people in our home over the years and never had an issue. This was awful.

I am a repeat customer. I recently contacted Flooring America of Scottsdale to replace carpeted areas with new tile. They were exceptionally helpful and professional throughout the ordering and installation. I would highly recommend this company.

My first experience with this company a few years ago was very positive. They did my floors and my kitchen backsplash. I had them come in recently to redo my backsplash with a different tile. I was out of town during the install and when I returned found they had installed in the incorrect orientation from what I asked for. I specifically told their man when he came to my home to measure and make my order what I wanted.

My daughter also told the installers when they arrived at the house. However, they still failed to do it right. The company has refused to remedy this in any way because their order guy never wrote down what I wanted specifically. Apparently you have to be home to directly supervise them because they can't be trusted otherwise. Its like ordering a meal at a restaurant and the server doesn't right it down, gives you the wrong meal and then blames you for not being in the kitchen when the meal is made. I recommend you take your business to a more competent crew. This has been a very disappointing experience for me.

My guys were awesome. They did my flooring in 3 days. They were neat, clean and did a great job. No scuff marks or damage to anything including my newly painted cabinets and walls. I would recommend them anytime.

We have used Scottsdale Flooring for many years. We keep going back because of their products, expertise, and exceptional employees. Our most recent tile removal and reinstall was projected to take 6 days. The project took 5 days. The installers dealt with cold and rain, but took it all in stride with friendliness, and expert installation. They were neat and tidy, and did a beautiful job.

The Team at Scottsdale Flooring were great to work with from helping us on the showroom floor, picking materials, doing the measurements and plans, making recommendations that really worked, and the installation crew was incredible. Enjoyed thoroughly this experience. Will be having them back in a few weeks to do our bathrooms. I definitely recommend them, they beat the large box stores with service and quality.

We had an excellent experience working with the team at Scottsdale Flooring America. They were able to accommodate us with an earlier installation time. The crew that laid down our tile did an amazing job. We love our updated patio and will definitely be using Scottsdale Flooring for our next project. Please note I do not do a lot of reviews but I am a happy customer and this was well deserved.

We purchased flooring tile from Flooring America and hired the installation team to replace the flooring in our entire house. The people in the store were very helpful in selecting tile and grout. The installers did a very nice job. They were professional and showed great pride and care in their work. We lived at home during the installation and the crew was very accommodating with us. We are very happy with our new floors. We will definitely use Scottsdale Flooring America for future projects.

I was in the Home Depot parking lot and saw these guys. Great flooring store in Scottsdale. I was looking for tile flooring and possible new carpet. I will say they had all the options I was looking for.
