When you hire Spokane Door & Window, you're putting your trust in us - and we take that seriously. Installation will begin around 2 weeks after you've purchased your windows. We'll set up an appointment that's convenient for you. Let us know if there's a particular place you'd like to start, and we'll follow your plan.
All your belongings will be removed from around the windows and tarps will be put down. Any blinds that are in the way of installation will be taken down and put back up before we leave. Your floors will be vacuumed, your windows will be washed, and you'll do a final walk through with the installers to ensure everything has been taken care of.

The windows are installed and look great but this company was so unprofessional it blew me away. Left broken glass all over our back patio, I had to pick up their cigarettes in the front yard, broke our trim around one of the windows and waited for me to say something. We had a third party fix the trim and a crack in our wall from the install and the owner was going to refuse to cover the cost (he eventually agreed) and accused me of being a liar when showing him the damage to my wall.
The install was also supposed to take 2 days and took 4 which literally was the least of my worries. Again. windows look great and I hope they last because I never want to deal with this company again. If you decide to go with them I hope your experience is different

We called them multiple times trying to schedule a consult. The receptionist gave us Tom's number and my husband was able to speak to him once about how much something would cost. When we tried calling back to schedule, Tom never returned our calls. We both called, left messages and waited and waited. I understand that places are understaffed but it's been over a week since we both have called. I guess they don't need our money.

Did solid work and were professional but cleanup was poor. Had these guys do an egress and the window performs great. They were timely, curious, and did good work. The concrete cutting left mud and water all over the carpet and splattered everywhere (even with tarps down). I received a "not my job" kind of answer when I asked about it. They actually told me to call the owner.
They gouged the wall next to the window and I didn't notice until I went to clean up the mess. The carpet was soaked and is still stained.almost 2 months later. The wall was soaked through and I had to work hard to get everything dried out over a few days. I could have contacted the owner and I am confident they would have made it right, but due to COVID, I didn't really want more people in the house cleaning up so I just did it myself.

I had two large windows replaced and they had to come back. The exterior molding looked professional but the interior molding was very poor quality. The molding looked used, they didn't fill the nail holes and the caulk around the edges was covered in wood shavings. I was also not impressed with how clean they left my house after, there was wood dust left behind and drywall mud in my kitchen sink.
They did come back to redo the interior molding, but I felt I had to follow the guy around to make sure he did the job correctly. On the second visit, I again was not impressed with how clean they left the work space. For $2,000 I expect better quality.

I'm torn, because I know that Spokane window and door has some good products, and I believe they do good installation work. The problem that they and many other small mom & pop contractors suffer from, is a complete lack standardization at all. And they try to make up for it with outdated, hard sales tactics. I had them come out to give me a quote for 3 doors.
The Sales guy measured the doors, and anytime I asked him a question about styles of doors or options, he just told me to go the manufacturers website to figure out what I liked. So he didn't show me any options or prices or anything, he just measured a couple doors and told me to visit a website. So I did, and even though the website was horrible, after about 40 minutes, I was finally able to find a door that I thought might look good.
I emailed the sales guy and asked for a price on that door, and told him the other doors were side doors and not as important, so he could just quote some basic style door. Well, a couple days later he gave me a quote OVER TWENTY GRAND.yeah.for 1 main door and 2 cheap side doors. I laughed at him in my email response, to which he replied that I had selected the absolute most expensive door they could ever price out - pretty convenient right? - and that if I'd only come down to the show room, then he could pressure me into buying something else.oh, I mean he "could surely find me something that fit".
Little shops like this will send out 3rd rate used car salesmen who will try to mark up their services 3 or 4 hundred percent if they think you have an expensive house or make lots of money. There's no standardization, there's no transparency or consistency, there's no personalized consulting. Just old, hard sales tactics with sub-par sales people.

We had new vinyl windows, a sliding glass door and a new window installed above our front door. Spokane Door and Window were very professional with a great price! They did a GREAT job installing our windows, sliding door and new window, I will always recommend them! They are honest and forth right with exactly what we were to expect. I am indeed impressed with this company, there isn't too many company's like this around anymore. They paid attention to detail and it was all about customer service! We are happy!
