Security Central provides UL Certified around-the-clock alarm monitoring to residential and commercial properties including farms, industrial facilities, schools, retail stores, banks and elevators. Our operators answer calls from our central station in Statesville, N.C. Security Central operators undergo extensive training and handle each call with the utmost care and attention.

Dan is probably the most helpful and knowledgeable service professional I have ever interacted with. He is always available to help and quick to respond. Where do I start, my employer have dealt with Liberty Security for at least 20 years. me personally 16 years. They are top notch, always returns calls, answer all questions, are upfront and honest. There is nothing better than support before, during and after a sale or service. I highly recommend them to all businesses and residential customers. I cannot say enough great things about this company. One more than one occasion Dan has gone out of his way to ensure that my family and home were safe. We had a security system through liberty at our old house and when we moved back to the city assumed we didn't need it. After a break in that left my family feeling venerable Dan got into a new system with the home automation features that truly give us price of mind.

Ive had Liberty as my security provider since moving to Knoxville 4 years ago. They are family owned, and as a customer I receive the service one would expect from a family ownered company. The staff is friendly, professional and beyond accommodating. They are customer-focused and work to provide systems that fit your individual needs. The system I bought was wireless, so I could take it when I moved, and I wasn't locked into a long-term contract like I was previously with ADT.
The cost for monitoring was cheaper than I found with most other providers. Whenever I needed them, I could expect to be greeted by a smiling face on the other end of the phone when I called and had a question, and that the tech who came to the house was always clean-cut, professional and knowledgeable. I can't recommend them enough!

I've been with Liberty for many years now. Great staff. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and fair. They let you know everything you're getting into up front along with other options for every budget. They recently just set my house up on home automation so now I feel even more secure when I am traveling. Being able to see my house and control the locks, lights and thermostat all from my phone is a major plus for me. Thanks Liberty!

Great local security company! We have been with Liberty Security Systems a little over two years now. We had to choose another company because our security company 15 years went out of business. We explained to Dan our security needs and he took care of them. After being broke into several times throughout the years and having a security system, Liberty was the first one to actually catch the theif. Great company!
