The people at Villareal & Sons are knowledgeable, marvelously kind and excellent workers. My home had lost electricity and so I searched for electricians online and found them. They came over soon after I called them. They fixed the issue and provided a lot of additional information while being extremely professional and personable the whole time. Hector, Kyle and Zeke are tremendous. Also, the prices are excellent and they don't over-price. I logged on here specifically to recommend Villareal & Sons. I will be calling them back regularly!

This company gave me a very reasonable price for all the work needed. Secretary was amazing, cheerful & knowledgeable. Scheduling was set up @ a reasobable time. Electrician inspected every need thoroughly. Looking forward to having a safe home in ordinance with city.

Don't bother, they are Unreliable! I had scheduled an appointment with the secretary for someone to come out to provide a quote. They were a no show. When I called to ask where they were, they told me that the secretary was out sick. I guess their business can't function without her. They also said they would call me back in 10 minutes.they never called back.

Ask questions before choosing Villarreal & Sons! We had had great experiences the three previous times we used Villarreal & Sons (in 2012, 2013 and 2017). Something has changed recently. I was willing to overlook the fact that they didn't arrive at the time they were scheduled to come to my home. (I called the office and rescheduled for another day.) I was even willing to pay $75 for the electrician to drive to Lowe's to buy an inexpensive part. (Don't they carry parts on their vans?) A recent change--and a very poor business practice in my opinion--is that they now charge $75 an hour just for driving to your home from their previous work site!

When I called to set up my appointment, I asked if there was a trip charge. The girl I spoke with (not their regular manager) said, "No." She did explain that they charged $75 an hour for labor. I assumed that the time clocked would start once the electrician arrived at my home. When I questioned manager Araceli G. today about an extra hour of labor on my invoice, she explained that time traveling to my house (before any work is started) is included in the hours clocked.

When I complained, Araceli did remove the extra $75 and for that I am grateful. I was pleased with the actual work done and the professionalism of the contractor. But make sure you ask every possible question you can think of before hiring Villarreal & Sons!

I called to have an electrician go out to replace an electrical box, the representative that answers the calls asked for my name, address and said she would have someone go out on a Thursday. I called Thursday morning to make sure I was still scheduled due to the high winds they weren't going to send anyone out which is understandable, she said she would call me to reschedule which she never did, I ended up looking for another electrician.

I worked here. I loved it and loved being their apprentice electrician. Amazing customers and they never did a job that wasn't up to the highest safety standards. I appreciate the way I was taught to give the customers every respect to their issues and to their homes and businesses and to give my all to fixing, repairing and replacing any and everything electrical.

Villarreal & Sons Electric repaired and replaced lighting in the sanctuary at Mount Hope Lutheran Church El Paso. The workers were courteous and professional. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and honest electrical contractor.
