Awful service which there was none. Very unprofessional. I called over a week ago about a pool heater and was told I would get a call about coming out. They kept saying they don't know when they can come. How is that possible I am customer I would think they would have a schedule and can at least call back. Awful awful. Then I call them and she hangs up on me.

Told me they are "more than fair on pricing", but wanted to charge me $96 an hour to drive 44 minutes round trip (22 min each way) to Versailles (like he is going back and forth to the office after each call), and was then going to charge me a full hour for a small part replacement estimated at no more than 1/2 hour, because they charge a minimum of 1 hour. So, a $48 repair was going to cost $196. I called my local HVAC guy. unless absolutely necessary, use a local HVAC company for your pool heat pump. Lesson learned!
