In January of 1971 Joe Volmar Sr. opened the family original kitchen business. Born in Germany the business was built on the meticulous German craftsmanship which Joe Sr. passed on to his sons and grandsons. Joe had four sons, Mark, Paul, Eric, and Kurt, all who joined the business as teenagers in the late 1970s.In 1985, Joe semi-retired and turned over the reins of the company to his four sons. In 1991, the family made the decision to sell the ultra successful company, always known for its pristine quality, to outside interests. After working with the new venture for five years, Paul Volmar decided to open a new business focusing on custom bathroom remodeling, and acrylic tub-liners and wall systems.

Two years ago my wife was diagnosed with ms and it was time to replace our tub with a walk in shower. we went to a few places to look until we came across to new bath in toledo. after talking to linda and matt they were very informative about ada and made us feel confident about our purchase. bryan and jody were our installers that made our shower and floor look outstanding. new bath sells good products but the installer makes it all happen.

Amazing experience with Toledo New Bath! I had looked into several different companies for a bathtub to shower conversion. I decided to choose Toledo New Bath and it was a great decision. Matt Shields, the Sales Representative, was very helpful and always available for any question, and offered many good ideas when we picked out our shower accessories.
He was not pushy at all, which I greatly appreciated. Matt could not have been a better salesperson to work with. I cannot say enough good about the actual installation and the professionalism of the installers. The installers did an outstanding job of keeping the area clean. I was absolutely amazed at how clean the bathroom was left when they finished for the day and it was immaculate when the job was completed.
The installers even put our bathroom rugs back where they were prior to the shower installation. Lori is always pleasant and helpful when I have called with questions about the new install. Honestly, I cannot say enough good about my first experience with Toledo New Bath.

Our new bathroom is wonderful and the cost was very reasonable. Their installer, Justin, was professional, not to mention, very neat and clean. When he left at the end of the day you couldn't tell he had been there. We had to do NO cleanup after him. I highly recommend them and I am now going to have them redo my other bathroom. These guys are wonderful. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. Tony and Joe helped us get everything picked out for our master bath remodel. Once everything came in Justin installed the job in one week. It looks fantastic! Everyday he cleaned the area up before he went home. The whole project was worry free. These guys are the best!

Signed a contract in 11/2/2020. They wanted the 50% down and Joe was persistent about that. Once they had the money I never got a call. We started calling after 3 months. Eventually we stopped in mach. Joe said i call in two weeks and the job will be complete in 3 from this day. We waited another 5 weeks no call. We went in and handed them a contract cancelation and 3 of us signed it front of Joe the general manager.
He said he cant write a check for the refund. Then when ten more days passed, he text me. Did you get the check? I said no. that went on a few days. Eventually he offer a major discount on the price. We just have a bad vibe on the place. We said no just want our money and to move on. So Joe dropped the check off in our mail box. Come to find out it is a small fraction of our down payment. Joe said he did not know the check total.
This is the general manager saying that. I have tried to speak with the owner Tony. Joe said hen will see what he can do. i stopped in again on Friday 5/21/2021. I spoke with Lori, I gave her a small explanation of our issue, She said Tony wont be in till Monday. he it is Monday 3pm. Tony gone for the day. I really think this company is planning on scamming us. If they do what is right I will gladly tell about the results.

My husband and I were very excited after our initial walk-in to get a shower/bathtub. Joe came to our house to take measurements and informed me that he would e-mail me in a day or two with a plan. It's been over a month and I have not received an email or phone call. I even tried calling 2 weeks after Joe came to our house and was told by a staff member that they would let Joe know I called. Never heard from anyone. No problem, we will take our buisness somewhere else! I will make sure to tell everyone I know not to use this company.
