Industrial Overhead Door

Got the job done. Used untreated wood around my garage so that will definitely rot. Then got rude about the payment bc I wouldn't leave work to go get them a check. Literally paid the next day after they told me the amount. Customer service could use some work and they should use treated wood.

Contacted Industrial Overhead Door at approximately 7:00AM regarding a broken garage door spring. Explained that my wife's car was trapped in the garage and we needed help ASAP. Their guys arrived by 9:00, replaced the spring, restrung the cables and lubed the hinges and rails in less than 1 hour. The rep's were knowledgeable, well spoken and professional. The cost was reasonable. We are satisfied with our experience with Industrial and certainly recommend them for any similar repair work.

Simply put: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Here are a few highlights from my experience when our church hired Industrial Overhead Door to install steel double doors at our building: - After agreeing on a price for installation, it took nearly 3 weeks to get our doors ordered. I had to continually follow-up with the company to keep the ball rolling. - We scheduled an install date for the doors.

No one showed up and no one called to let us know they weren't coming. They also did not answer any phone calls, voice mails, or text messages. - Two days passed before I was finally able to get someone on the phone. It was apparent that there was no immediate plan to come install our doors. - When we were finally able to get a technician out, he damaged the doors trying to install them because the doors didn't fit properly.

The technician was alone at the building, and when he was done for the day, he left the building for the night without securing the building. No one called to tell me know the technician had left or that I needed to come lock the building. - The next day I learn the doors will not fit our building because the door frame is not squared. It is apparent the professional door installation company did not check if the door frame was plumb before ordering the doors. - The installed doors are damaged and do not function properly, and it is apparent the company wanted to charge us a lot more money to get the doors installed properly. - I asked the company refund our money since they were unable to provide us with properly functioning doors. - In the process, Fred, the owner of the company, became iterate with me, cussed me out on the phone, and threatened to come to my house to beat me up. - The company refuses to fix our door or to issue a refund so our church is left without functioning doors or the thousands of dollars we gave Industrial Overhead Door.

I ordered some garage door parts from this company. Almost a month later. they tell me they can't get them. Its not a problem if the parts were just not available. its the fact that I had to call them over and over and I never received one return call with an update. There are plenty of other overhead door companies in town that have good service.

This company will cheat you, do not use them! We contacted them in April to fix an industrial door for one of our customer's damaged door. Industrial overhead door went to see the damaged door and we received a quote from them for about $1,200. They required 50% deposit so we paid them $650. They did not go on the dates they scheduled for appointments and we continuously had to call them over and over to get them out there and to follow up.

They ended up not being able to fix the industrial door because the one they ordered did not fit. The owner, Fred, and office manager, Diane, said that we should go ahead and find another company to do the job and that we would receive our $650 back. Now it's SEPTEMBER, and they will not give us a money back and avoiding our phone calls. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are crooks and will take your money then dodge your calls when they owe you a refund because of a job they could not complete/do accurately!

I needed a new fireplace installation. Sent them pictures of what we wanted to replace, they told me that a wall needed to be removed so that they could remove the existing fire place. We removed the wall and scheduled for an appointment for the following Monday. I called at lunch on Monday and they said they were on their way. They did not show up at all.

I called back on Tuesday and they said they would call me back. No call. I called on Wednesday and finally got a hold of Fred. He said he could come out Friday. No call no show again! This is not how you should conduct business. If you cant do the job, no problem, just say so! They delayed my project another two weeks. What a waste of time.

I would recommend this company to my family and friends. I was ready to purchase a new door and they informed me how it could be fixed at a much cheaper cost. They were very helpful and not just out to make a buck.

I had a great experience with Industrial Overhead Door. Great price for commercial overhead doors and the installers we're extremely helpful. I needed to replace 1 door they installed it in a few hours. They also did maintenance on the other 2 doors in the warehouse and added 2 locks for free. They went above and beyond. This is the only company I will use now. Thank you Industrial Overhead Door!

Our son had trouble with the garage door of a house on the island where he was staying. Techs were there in an hour or so and able to show where the emergency cord probably caught on the trailer which caused the door to fall and get out of alignment. They tightened bolts, lubed the rollers and cut the emergency cord shorter and all of this for 1 hour of labor! Very nice guys!

Called up Industrial Overhead Saturday late morning for a broken spring and torn emergency release handle on the garage door. Tech was at the house that same day approximately 3 hours after the call. Very pleased they were able to work us in on such short notice and the tech did a great job, finishing the whole repair in just 30 minutes. Very prompt, professional and reasonably priced. Highly recommend these guys!

I've known the owner since I was just a kid. He has helped me out with honest work and great prices on our garage door opener unit and spring replacement. If it wasn't for him, We'd be sol. Anytime we need maintenance or repair, he's who I call and recommend to friends.

We had called several companies to get quotes. This company went over what we wanted for a new door. This was the middle of last week and they gave us a quote. When we accepted the quote an appointment was made for today, June 20th. They called thirty minutes before they came out and were here on the agreed upon time. When they arrived they gave us an approximate time for the replacing of our old door and they came in under that time.

They even took the old door away for us! They were professional and friendly and we were very satisfied with the results. Before leaving they gave us some helpful tips for door maintenance. Great job guys!
