The customer service from this company is good. However, the product itself is not so much, installed this in 2019, color and lines have faded, it is a very hard surface. Inconsistent bounce. Worst, borders are warped and lifting. Company tried to remedy, but the edges are a defective product. Waiting for it to fade a bit before taking it off and trashing them for painted concrete.

Overall good experience with modutile. They provide us large variety of tiles. Great selection which is suitable for both traditional and modern designs

Not pleased with product, has inconsistencies in bounce and very slick if wet at all. A lot harder than I would have anticipated as well. I would have rather of painted the concrete.

Our basketball court came out amazing! We are beyond satisfied with the customer service from beginning to end. Production and shipping times were on time, the installation process was very easy, and we were able to get it done in 3 hours with just my husband and I and our 6 & 8 year old. The product came as promised and they exceeded our expectations and saved us thousands of dollars if we would have went with other sport court companies. Thank you!

Hello, I used diamond 12x12 tile on my commercial project. I cover my customer 1100 sq feet office warehouse, me and my customer are very happy with the result. it was fast and very easy to install, also very durable. Very nice coloring and give you different design options. Great product, Thank you Modu Tile.

We ordered and waited the required time for our shipment. We were proactive in being available multiple times for delivery. Our shipment was lost and not found for about 10 days so we cancelled and they will not refund the botched shipping amount. We ordered the item July 21, 2019 providing no more screw ups by the shipping company they contracted with I MIGHT have received the item today.

I thought 30 days is more than enough time to have my shipment at my door my invoice said 7-14 days. This company is very inflexible. If I ordered this from amazon or overstock and they lost my shipment I would have gotten the item for free. I didn't even ask for free I asked them to take it back and give me my money back and they kept 10%. The item was lost for more than 3 days they could have filed a claim with the LTL. Had I not called the stupid transport company no one would even be looking for it.

What the? How are you going to keep 10% for something outside of my control? I did their job for the first 7 days calling the transport company. Buyer beware. We were looking forward to this for our sons birthday. They ruined a 8 year olds birthday and stressed the kids parents out who had to call the transport company everyday to find a 400 pound shipment. How do you lose 400 pounds? A shipping company has one job SHIP!

I love the way that the tile on my garage, was very easy to install and looks perfect I'm strongly recommend this tile for everyone's.
