If you need support in a crisis like I did, call this company! It was Thanksgiving the first time, no hot water because the home I just purchased 6 months ago had an OLD water heater that leaked everywhere. That secret space under the stairs, the garage, the front closet. All wet. They gave me a fair bid on an upgrade to a tankless water heater. I am NOT sorry.

It is worth every penny in my new master bath renovation to have hot water on demand. This time, I needed a quick disconnect on a gas stove. I text Wendy (she's an angel and a baker ) on a Sunday and viola. Monday morning she made it happen for me. I thank you so much and I look forward to the job you are going to do for my dad next, on his kitchen renovation. Support small, local business! They deserve it and you do too! Mickey and his team are FANTASTIC!

We used the Plumbinator this week to repair a leaking coupling at our cut-off valve by the street. The technicians were friendly and ultimately did good work, from what I could tell. However in my opinion, the pricing was excessive. They spent 20 minutes digging down to the valve and diagnosing the issue. They then left for 55 minutes to get a new coupling.

Upon returning, the completed the repair in 35 minutes. They then waited 45 minutes while the adhesive dried and filled in the hole. $775.00. So basically, $150 in parts and $600 in labor for just shy of 3 hours, if you want to count an hour of obtaining parts and another 45 minutes of watching glue dry as labor. This equates to over $200/hour. I just can't justify this rate nor the total price for the work performed.

Steve and Victor spent several hours getting the best system to replace my broken water heater (same day service). The attention to detail was remarkable. they went to pick up parts twice just to make sure the fit and components were spot on for my situation. Never had plumbing service that compares to Steve and the owners of Plumbinator, and they matched the price of the best quote I had from other companies. Fair, hardworking, honest, responsive-can't say enough about our experience.

My dad was a builder and taught me to do things myself if I wanted it done right. Well that's not always possible so it's always a challenge to find honest, hardworking companies to do an important job for me. So I spent probably 4 hours researching plumbing companies before I came across an article written by Mickey's wife and business partner. The article explained why NOT to do something I just knew was the right thing for me to do (my dad passed last year so can never get much welcomed advice from my #1 go-to).

After reading the very straight forward and logical article, I not only knew I did NOT want what I thought I did, but I possibly found a company to work with. That was just the beginning! I asked for a quote and Mickey, the owner himself! met me at my jobsite and went over everything with me and explained in detail why certain things were necessary and possible set backs they could run into. WOW!

He was not only patient and thorough but I felt like I had an intense plumbing lesson! I knew I had found my company! From start to finish, Mickey and his amazing team (mostly family) were there when they said they would be, went WAY above and beyond what they said they would do, were friendly and professional. I could go on and on. I will never use another plumber!

And so very thankful Wendy took the time to write such an amazing article and Mickey took the time to explain. LOVE these people! And, to me, customer service is 98% of a company. The Plumbinator is 100% right on!

We loved working with The Plumbinator. They helped diagnose and fix a pipe issue that occurred regarding the washing machine line. Importantly, they were incredibly professional and honest, and were able to restore an important functionality of the house without completely replacing the pipe system that otherwise works in the house. (Other companies we spoke to had told us we needed to replace everything) We appreciate their honest, hard-working character, and ability to help.

I recommend The Plumbinator for sure. My husband and I had water piling up in the front yard and we shopped around for quite a while to find the right guys for the job. I contacted The Plumbinator for help tracing an unwanted outside water spigot line (PEX running through concrete foundation) back to its manifold somewhere in my house in order to cap it. The Plumbinator team was easy to work with, accommodating to some re-schedule issues on my end and very helpful. Mickey was prompt, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. I'm 100% satisfied and highly recommend.

I chose The Plumbinator to fully replace my cast iron sewer pipes, move a drain pipe in my slab to accommodate a wall mounted toilet, and fix a few leaky fixtures. Mickey and his team gave 110% everyday until it was done. His crews were friendly and respectful of my home, and his front office team was very helpful over the phone whenever we had questions. The Plumbinator are awesome they fixed our food waste disposal. My wife accidentally broke a glass and a glass shard fell into the food waste disposal system causing it to jam. Knowing all warranty they only cover wear and tear, not accidental damage.
