They don't clean up properly they always leave grass on pathways and honestly their hedge trimming is horrible! if they can't reach it or part of the hedge is against a fence or wall they don't trim it if they hedger can't cut it they don't go out of their way with clippers and clean up what they couldn't hit they are never on time when told they need to come at a certain time they come hours later I'm running a business it's like they come purposely when we are closed so I can't see what work they didn't do I've had them run over trash in the yard along the road and spread the trash all over and not pick it up I wouldn't use this company ever again

I used Elegance Landscaping to remove areca palms and replace the area with sod. I can say that the estimate received was reasonable for the job. The job had to be approved by the HOA, so certain documents needed to be obtained. Diana was great to work with; she provided an estimate quickly as well as the documents needed. Within just a few days, this job was scheduled.
The only reason this job wasn't scheduled immediately is because this is the rainy season and Diana wanted to be as sure as possible that she would not need to reschedule. There was one crew to remove the palms, another to grind the stumps, remove the trees and another to lay the sod. Diana responded quickly to my questions. Each team was great and kept the area as clean as possible. I would highly recommend Elegance Landscaping.

They designed the landscaping for a playground where I had the privilege of coordinate the job with the owner. They were punctual, clean and professional. I was honestly impressed with the before and after but ever more about their professional work and fair prices. They can work trimming your trees and mowing the lawn, but their design skills are really awesome. We could redesign our landscaping with a realy cost effective proposal in a couple of days. I definitely recommend Elegance Landscaping

I hired Elegance Landscaping to landscape and maintain a vacation rental. The landscaping looked great on completion but the overall maintenance degraded over 6 months. Weeds in the lawn, weeds in the pavers, untrimmed trees, dead grass where sprinklers weren't hitting, etc. Their maintenance is only mindless blow and go. I don't dispute that some maintenance, like trimming trees or fixing sprinklers, need an additional charge. I would have been happy to pay it to keep the property pristine--but I'm not in town. I can't see what's going on. They did lousy work and I fired them.
