Mark and his assistant have been wonderful in the work done for us. He fixed a lot of "iffy" electrical work and put in new ceiling, vent and lights in bathroom. He stayed in contact to let us know the timeframe for work and was very helpful in presenting options and choosing products. I would hire him for any electrical work - and actually have him scheduled for one more job!

Mm I called him cause I had a problem in my house and he he answered me and came within 2 days. This person is highly proffesional involved his work which he uses the best equipment tools to guarantee the best service anyone could have to fulfill his needs. Call him you want de disappointed for sure.

I give Mark Gallant a zero rating. We waited for him for three months only to have him AGAIN say he couldn't come but would send his assistant electrician. This time he waited until 11pm the night before to say that "he had a conflict" but could send his assistant. I reminded him we went through this before. I told him he could come at 7am instead of 8am which he suggested hours before that which originally I wanted to stick with the original time because my husband just got out of the hospital last night.
Mark said okay. Then at 6am he now vaguely says "he has a personal issue to resolve" and won't be able to work all day. However, he never offered to come tomorrow or Sunday instead. I also arranged my day off for all the work I planned for him to do. My lights have been sitting in boxes since early summer when he didn't come last time and I'm elderly and have had to take my dog out in the dark every night since waiting for a light. Yes, something is wrong with Mark Gallant and his company. Or Mark got a bigger, better job at the last minute than ours. Very unprofessional whatever the reason. Sincerely, A disgusted customer.
