The Service Tech, Cameron, is extremely efficient and gives great details concerning the unit at treatment. We have received several emails from residents of him listening to their concern and appreciates the time he spends taking care of their issue. We also appreciate the service manager, Wells, taking time out of his busy schedule to check on the sites and make sure that we are happy with the service of American Pest.

Seemed like a nice business. But after the "free" estimate I had to call 3 times because I was in there system as owing for initial treatment that was never agreed upon or performed then they started sending reminders to pay monthly installments even after I was told they corrected their error. For this reason I will not even get an estimate from them in the future no matter how good the quality of there work may be.

I was a customer for 3 to 4 years, had my account set up for autopay. Couple of months ago they start sending emails about an overdue invoice, I replied with a question of why it wasn't taken out like the other 40 or so payments were. No reply. Then I get the Your service will be placed on hold until your account is settled. So, your company is too inept to process a simple payment and then wants to harass me about it, yeah that's what I need in my life. Here's your payment and cancel my service. Maybe try a little training in your billing department. I will miss my service technician, Robert is a stellar employee.

Update: two and a half weeks later, still have not heard from them about scheduling treatment even after my landlord sent them another work order and called them, and I emailed customer service AND spoke with a representative on FB messenger here who wanted to "investigate" the matter. Their lack of communication and customer service is abysmal. I. was supposed to have a treatment done today, clarified that with the lady who scheduled me on the phone that it was not just a consultation, but a treatment.
She told me I would get a call sometime between 9-5 before the technician arrives. It's Friday, guy calls at 4:47pm and shows up at 4:55pm and reeks of cigarettes. He walks around telling me.

I have been with this company for more than 20 years - when it was PestMasters. PestMasters was a great local company that provided excellent service. I have the same technician, and he does a wonderful job. I cannot say the same for American Pest. They now have what appears to be a "call center" for their customer service, and answers to. questions are obviously preprogrammed.
They've also implemented an automated system to set up service dates and times. And it doesn't work! They appear to be distancing themselves from their customers, and I suppose one might get used to that after a while. I guess it's a sign of the times. However, most pivotal is the 83% price increase. Yes, you read that right - 83%! Needless to say, I've canceled my service, and I would not recommend them.

They are simply the best! Always reliable; have been using their service for years. They are always willing to work with me- I prefer to have the same Technician always-done, notify me 30 minutes prior to arrival as needed-done, in between/redo service-quick response, I have an unusual yard-they are happy to oblige my needs and concerns, the staff is always courteous and friendly. I wouldn't trade them for anyone. Plus I believe their pricing is quite reasonable. Thanks to all the staff!

I've used the company for close to 20 years but ever since American Pest bought out Pestmasters the customer service has gone downhill. I can no longer talk to anyone locally, when I call I am routed to a call center, I get robo calls to inform me of what day the appt is. I used to get a call with a day and time for the appointment. I got a robo call for an appt on the 3rd, no one ever showed up, when I called to find out where they were I got their answering service b/c even their call center was closed.
I was told when I finally talked to a manager at the call center a week and a half later that basically b/c they are closed on saturday there is no one to let me know if my appt was cancelled.

Be careful. This company will sign you up for a monthly service without telling you. When you call to inquire about it they will blame you for not catching the confirmation email. The person I spoke to about it was very rude and her response seemed coached and scripted. My wife called another location complain about the same incident and another person gave her the same exact same coached and scripted response.
It seems they deal with people often complaining about being signed up for services that they did not sign up for Will not use again. Seriously there are a hundred other pest services out there. Don't use this one.

We had a yellow jacket problem in the eaves of our house. The bees were coming into the house and my wife was stung. I went up my ladder, sprayed an entire can of some over the counter bee and wasp killer during a week, which did nothing to get rid of the bees. Worse, is I was strung twice in the same ear. The Pestmaster guys came to the house, identified the type of bee and got rid of them. It took two sprayings. It has been a week and there is no sign of the yellow jackets. I highly recommend this company and would use them again.

I have been a customer for over a decade. The men and women who have serviced our house has been exemplary. Joe just left here at 6:15 at night! They are competent, caring, knowledgeable, and have a phenomenal work ethic! This is not an easy job! I hope they are commended and paid well! They deserve it!

I had trusted this company for 4 years to complete perimeter spraying. I travel for work so I never had the opportunity to check up on them. Today I happend to be home and watched their "technician" pull into my driveway. I happend to be pantsless at the moment so ran to grab some shorts. Before I could make it downstairs I noticed the gentleman leaving his car with paperwork.
He placed the $108 bill on my front door and left without so much as stepping on an ant. This is pure fraud. I could possibly be out thousands of dollars if this has been going on for 4 years. I took a picture of a happy little ant trail just in front of my front door 5 minutes after he left. Completely safe, sound, and insecticide free.

I just wanted to acknowledge an employee for exceptional service. Robert has been my technician for about 4 years, and in that time he has always been prompt, courteous, professional, and kind. He goes above and beyond each time he's at my home. He asks about my children, answers all my pest related questions, and is more than helpful. It's almost as if I look forward to seeing him for my service.

I've been renting a drafty old house this past year and had ant and mice problems to start. Pestmasters solved it in one visit, and I kept them on the quarterly check up plan. The technicians have been polite and professional, but the real reason I'm posting is to applaud their customer service. Chad came by today while I was packing to move out - I had forgotten to cancel my service which is on a payment plan. Chad took care of it for me with no fee for today's drive out. I'm disappointed the apartment complex I'm going to doesn't use them, but I will certainly hire them back when I move again.

I have used this company several times and could not be happier! I called on a Friday afternoon asking an outrageous request for service immediately. The owner arrived with one of his employees to access the situation. 9:00 the next morning, a Saturday no less, they sent a very conscientious technician who treated my garage as requested. He was polite, thorough and did a stellar job.
Problem resolved:Their professionalism, pricing, timeliness, honesty, eagerness to serve their customers is beyond fabulous. In this day and age, it is not always easy to have such a positive experience: receiving GREAT service but I can honestly say that it was a pleasure doing business with this over the top company. Kudos to all of their employees, 5 of which I actually spoke with, for their kindness and concern for their customers! Again, thanks for a job well done PestMasters. No need for me to shop around when I have my pests problem in the future, I know who to call: PestMasters!

I called PestMasters because I saw several HUGE, TERRIFYING roaches in our house. They were completely disgusting. Michael G. came by and I showed him one of the hideous critters and he reassured me that they lived outside and would die once they came into my house without any interference from humans. No pesticides needed! I was so impressed by that.
He didn't try to sell me anything and he easily could have, as at that point in time I was a complete sucker. I even pressed him on it to make sure they weren't living and breeding in our house. These are the kind of people I want to do business with. Thanks to Michael, I know we don't have a problem now that requires professional assistance, but if I ever do, I want Michael to come back and handle it. That guy knows his stuff and won't try to sell you something you don't need. What more can I say? FIVE STARS!

I bought an old house in Capitol Hill over a year ago. Last winter we heard strange noises in the back of the house - and that began a 4 month ordeal with a rat infestation. We were already under contract with Innovative Pest Management and they responded with first trying to capture the rats, and then locating the entry point.
