In 1983 our company was incorporated in May as Freeman+Franz Associates. Soon after, the two partners decided to part ways, and William Franz kept the company. Mr Franz quickly assumed three new partners changing the name to Franz Jeanes Lazo Cora, & Associates, Inc. Business was great and was going good.

Over time the three other partners began to retire or decided to go and try other things. This time since having already gone through a name change, Mr. Franz decided to keep the name; One to not affect a long standing government contract and two people had become accustom to it. Fast forward 25 years, Franz, Jeanes, Lazo Cora and Associates started using the acronym FJLC in an attempt to freshen up our look and simplify our name.

The first step to a great plan is a tangible picture of the final product. We have experts who can take a concept and sketch it into a 3D image of the final structure. This image is as accurate of an image as a picture of the completed product.

Who's hungry? Our goal is to make sure when that all important question arises that the design of an Franz Architects space is unique and appealing enough that it comes to mind. We realize that each consumer has numerous restaurant choices and we want our client's space to stand out and become a destination to enjoy not only food but friends and family.

At Franz Architects no project is too big or too small for our team. We have the experience in many large industrial projects and are able to design a space to suit the needs of each client on an individual basis while also staying within their budget. We understand that large industrial projects have unique needs and circumstances.

Work plays an important role in our day to day lives and it is important to Franz Architects that the space works for the client and their employees. We take the time to learn the needs of the client, their workforce and customer base and then we design their space to satisfy all of those needs.
