STAY AWAY, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR QUALITY We cleaned our area rug and oh boy will I never go back to this company again! First off the whole house carpet can be cleaned for 150.00 including stairs. Our area rug 7X9 was priced at 250.00 and few days to get back. Not only rug was held for over a week but it was cleaned POORLY and was really rough to touch.

Communication was at 0 as well. I called multiple times before I got my rug back. So I filed a complaint and ask for at least half to be refunded due to the fact that rug still dirty and I was offered one day (today Shantel said, it's very slow and we can come over today to clean it.again). I explained that my family has to work in order to pay for expensive rug cleaning and I would love a refund. She called me back within 3 min and said I can get 50.00 back. So here it is STAY AWAY, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR QUALITY.

Critical: Value They offer to clean 3 rooms for $69. If you want them to use soap it's $125. They don't tell you that over the phone. Waste of money. Service: General carpet cleaning

From the moment I called them to the moment Eric finished was less than 24 hours. The price was extremely fair and Eric did an amazing job cleaning the tile and grout lines! He is very personable and genuine and worked quickly and professionally. Without a question I will use them again the in future and recommend their services! Great job! :

This is the best service I have received. I'm 66 and have had many cleaners in my time, so believe me. I had an area rug that my elderly dogs thought was their personal bathroom. No mater what I did to clean it, it always smelled. Other companies wouldn't touch it. All Seasons took it and put it through their special method. It no longer smells! I'm thrilled! They took my deck cushions to clean late last fall. They'll be delivering them next month. I can't wait to see them! This company is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The tech showed up on time, professional, friendly, taking care to not track in dirt from outside. He did an outstanding job, with carpets looking like new when he left. Far better than possible with a home steam clean system. He also cleaned the tiling, whitening the grout, and a chair that had some staining (made perfect). He did a fantastic job, highly recommended, and I will use their services again.

Joseph showed up on time and were very affable as they worked. They did a fantastic job on our carpets throughout the entire house including some tough pet stains. We are very satisfied with the job he did.

Charles at A One Carpet Cleaning was easy to communicate with. He responded quickly. He came on time. He gave a free estimate which was reasonable. He picked up our Persian rugs and cleaned them so well. Then, he dropped them off! He was exactly what we needed and there is no surprise that he gets almost five stars. Highly recommend.

I had no great expectations because my carpet was very stained in places but I figured at least it would be better than nothing. Well I am thrilled with the results! It looks amazing; stains are completely gone in most places and any discoloration is in high traffic areas around the edges. Eric is a really nice guy too! I highly recommend & will definitely use again!

One of the worst carpet cleaning companies I've ever had to deal with. Sent a new tech out who oversaturated my carpets to the point of mildew. Then sent a "specialist technician" out four days later to fix the issue, however mildew had already set in a wreaked. He did carpets again however they said they couldn't even refund me the full money they offered $50 back as an insult, after telling me it's the padding that's bad not the carpet cleaning.

The padding was only bad because they left water there for four days, once told this they explain to me how that technician was let go as if that corrects my problem. What a joke of a company. After two weeks of waiting for an answer from somebody in their office and bouncing back and forth between what seemed like two different companies a disgruntle owner finally showed face to essential laugh about how he's never taken to court because it's always small claims of 300$ or less.

So good luck he wished me on seeing any type of refund. when I tell you this is probably the closest thing to phone scams as a business please believe me. They raved about a good deal $79 they said will clean three rooms. After doing my carpets it ended up being 220$ and ruined the carpets had to buy new ones, at full cost to me a renter, looking to have is house carpets cleaned. Such a shady place of business

ZERO STARS- Booked with this company without reading reviews, which I should of but anyways wow what everyone is saying is to TRUE, it's what I experienced today. Guy came out to clean just stairs and our U shaped hallway, and yes it looked dirtier than before, smh, then to top it off he flooded our whole dining room area and dining chairs and table was all wet, along with half of our living area and wet the couch with his water hose that was just spraying all over in the home while he was working, it literally flooded all over the downstairs floor, then he tries to wipe it up with a small towel which will take all day, so if my floor is damaged I will be filing a sue against this company for ruining not only our floor but also some of our furniture. Calling and texting the manager was a bit helpful but not much although they are trying to send someone here to suction the water out, but that won't fix the floor cause the water is already under the floor, smh so disappointing and annoying.

The good part is I told them I'm not paying them a dime for coming out and crossed out the total amount and wrote "Floor flooded due to water damage". Told the guy to leave.

I had to reschedule a appointment the technician was very rude because of it I called the office didn't care at all that he was rude. I will never use this company I suggest you don't either no customer service at all!

This company is TRASH! They came in and damaged my walls in my new home! They offered to fix it but of course I wouldn't want the same company that messed up my walls to then try to fix them! I told them that I would send them an invoice of $100 from my handy man and they refused to pay it in full! They only offered $75! Luckily for them, I didn't file a lawsuit, unfortunately for them, I'm a stand up comedian that knows how to make videos go viral, therefore they'll be losing a lot of business until I receive an additional $25 check in the mail! I'm sure they'll block me but that's totally fine! U have several accounts! Their cleaner also came out and tried to make additional side money if I paid him in cash! Wrote down one price and quoted another!

I paid 200$ for a carpet cleaning that I was initially quoted 99$ for but when the technician arrived he quoted me 320$ I refused service and they called and told me he would come back and do the service for 200$. he did a HORRIBLE job! I do not know if he had an attitude because he had to do it at a more reasonable rate or what. But it literally looked as if he did NOTHING!

I had to pay for another service to come out and redo it, and they got it extremely clean for 100$! this place had terrible customer service and their service is horrible! please save your money and find someone else!

Horrible! I would rate negative stars they quoted us $50 they came in said $180 additional he took pictures of our home we never gave him permission to take pictures the lady called us screaming at us saying we booked them we need to pay extra and the want the extra cash separate they are thieves! Do not trust this company. They do bait and switch. They post an ad of someone deep cleaning the carpet with steam clean prices. Once they arrive they give you the deep clean price that is double the cost. For example, they quoted me $49 for 3 rooms and $2 per stair (16 stairs) and the total was $81. When they arrived they try to upsell heavy and quoted $200 plus dollars for what was being done in the ad. They were suppose to arrive between 8-9 am and the technician didn't come until 9:30 am. Run away from this company. Bogus! Red flags! False Advertisement!

I would rate them ZERO! My carpet is worse then before. It smells so bad and it took 2 days to dry. Charged me $222 so my carpet could smell like dirty laundry, I took the day off work to get this done and unfortunately I work their hours so now I have to be on their time for cleaning. I'm embarrassed and can't have people over because my house STINKS. I'm going to have to pay someone else to do the job right. I'm a mom of 5 kids that works 45+ hours per week. I don't have time for this. PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. HORRIBLE! they also hung up on me!

Quote of $49 their special online, then an extra $40 for deep cleaning, hell no it went to $259 for an 12 by 24 feet room to add some suds to my carpet. Send them on their merry way fast.

The Company is a Scam Avoid this Company. They charge extra for Scotchgard protection but simply clean without any Scotchgard protection. The technician claimed the Scotchgard had been added to the rinse water already and that during the hot water extraction process, the carpet was also being Scotchgard protected. NOT TRUE. I called several carpet cleaning companies who told me that this was simply a SCAM. Diluting carpet protection in the cleaning rinse water was a SCAM and would not protect my carpet at all.

The company is simply charging extra for carpet protection and not doing it. I also asked for the name of the carpet protection used but they refused to give it to me. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Hoping to shut down the fraudulent company.

When I set up my appointment I asked for a specific machine and was told $99 was their special. When the technician got there he wanted to vacuum my house for $99. I called to ask for a manager and was told there is none on duty on Saturdays! The guy who answered the phone would not even let me explain what the lady who took my appointment told me and what we expected.

This company is full of lies. When I went out to look at the machine they had it was far from what I asked for! Don't waste you time with these guys just go to someone else!

Advertises a price for a cleaning and then when the cleaner arrives tells you the "basic" won't clean it well enough in an effort to try and upsell you on more expensive "deep cleaning".Here we go. my carpet was normal wear and tear dirty, not that old and was not terribly soiled or anything. Shouldn't all carpet cleaning be deep cleaning? Whats the point of basic service if it does not do anything?

The basic service pretty much just wets your carpet. I could have down the same thing. basic service will not do anything close to what is usually expected of a carpet cleaning. Deep cleaning did not meet our budget, I hate upsells and we were under a time constraint so we stuck with the basic service which pretty much did nothing but make our carpet wet.

The nice obvious cleaning lines usually there after after a carpet cleaning were not present making our landlords skeptical it was even done at all! Luckily we had a receipt. Also, there were no plastic runners put down for us to walk on afterwards like good companies usually do. $130 to "clean" an 800sqft. Apartment. Ridiculous and not effective. Total ripoff and upsell Basic service= basic waste of your time and money

Emailed to get an estimate and received a call almost immediately to set up an appointment to have the carpet looked at. They let me know they'd be able to give me an estimate once they looked at the carpet. I set up the appointment and was told they would show up between 11:00AM-1:00PM the next day. I set aside any plans I had so that I could be home and asked to be contacted 10-15 minutes prior to their arrival so that I could be prepared. 15 minutes before 11:00, they called to confirm the appointment. However, it's already nearing 1:30 and I was never contacted to say they were running late.

I decided to cancel due to a previous review where they had shown up extremely late as well. The company is a bit on the unprofessional side. They answer the phone by saying "hello" which isn't a big deal, but makes you think you're calling a stranger. I expected a greeting more on the business side to feel like I'm actually calling a business and not just a strangers personal number.

Called early in the morning to inquire about getting a large sectional cleaned and was able to get same day service. The technician was friendly and took his time to do an excellent job. He honored the advertised special price without any of the aggravating up-sells. I have no problem recommending A1 to anyone looking for a reliable carpet or upholstery cleaning service.

I called and told them I had 3 bedrooms plus a small living room (4 rooms total) and stairs. They said they had a whole house special for $99 (including up to 5 rooms). I booked them and then got totally scammed. The guy showed up and said it would be $250! That's more than double. I told him the quote I got on the phone and he said, "That's the price we tell everybody because we don't know how big the house is." Ummm.maybe that's not the best business practice?!?

My house is SMALL! We're talking less than 1500 square feet. I have no pets, no kids, and take my shoes off almost everytime I walk on the carpet. There were no stains or spots he needed to treat, just normal wear and tear of living in a house. I even moved all the furniture myself before they came over so they literally had to do NOTHING extra!

I finally got him down to $170, which was still high but I needed the job done and wasn't going to move my furniture back until it was. When I called the company to dispute the price, she said that in her notes, the technician put that the hallway was very wide (it's not even wide enough for a wheelchair) and my living room was very large (it fits 2 couches and a TV stand) All in all, don't use them. Oh, and he left shoe tracks all over my tile as he walked across the wet carpet, across the tile, outside, then back in. 2 stars because they at least did a good job.

Called Aone carpet cleaning to get a quote the day before I asked them to come out. They said $150 for a two story after I had told them the amount of rooms had carpet etc. They said they'd be there from 12-2pm and call me 30 mins prior. 2pm came around and no phone call. I finally called THEM because I'm just so confused as to why I didn't get at least an update.

They said they'll prob be there around 2:30. They arrive at 4 o'clock which whatever at least they showed. The man wanted to check out the carpet so I told him the carpet areas we needed and discussed on the phone mind you we didn't have stains or no real odor was happening just wanted a fresh start. He than proceeds to tell me that there was pet damage and he'll need to do some extra work. Granted this house I just purchased was an Airbnb there was no dogs in this house soooo basically wanted to charge more than just a regular clean. Thankfully I had my wife speak to him bc he wanted us to pay minimal $400.

Now when we spoke on the phone and I get a $150 quote it's pretty disappointing when it bumps up more than double. My wife finally got the price to a decent amount at $300 cash flat. It really makes me upset because the other place I was going to hire had offered to do it at $250 and they're a 5 star rating yelp. Should've went with my gut.

Oh and to top it off I went to the bank to get the cash and before I was back the job was finished. Really questionable how u do a $300 worth job on a two story home in 30 mins. The job looks decent granted I think the carpets got semi cleaned before we moved in but it's pretty disappointing we got no discount for them being two hours late and just trying to rip me off. Wouldn't recommend but the job got done.

Straight scam when I called they said they were only charging me 90$ when the guy left they ended up charging me 150! Like wtf! Not only that they left my carpet soaking wet! He didn't even take long he finished in 30 min and my carpet still has stains! Just straight bs company and service! I feel like if I paid that much thy should've took their time and removed the stains! Definitely not calling them back ever again

Whoever answers their phones is super rude. Literally for no reason. He said he would charge me more because I lived in the third story. that was laughable. Have had 5 quotes today and was in the middle of booking him when he said that. so I said "oh no, it's ok. I appreciate it though. Thank you." His reply? "Oh ok, call someone else." Poor service. Had he been kind, and practiced fair business, he would've had a lifetime customer. His loss. *shrugs*

Great service and great results! I have a dog and as a result- pet stains. Stains and odor were both removed completely. I use A One on regular basis and I'm very pleased. Well recommended!

I moved in to a new house and the carpets were filthy! I thought I was going to have to replace them. I called A one to see if they could clean them and after they were done cleaning them, they looked brand new!
