The two gentlemen who came to restore the surface of our large island and small bar area were courteous, professional and great at what they do. All rings, markings and stains that existed are gone and the two surfaces literally look brand new. So well done!

Refinishing of limestone kitchen counters. All of our extensive etching and staining is gone and they look brand new now. A UV cured sealer was put on them and we should be able to use lemons and other acidic foods without etching again in the case of contact with countertop. The gentlemen did a wonderful job. They thoroughly explained the process and were very helpful. I was in the open room the whole time (with noise cancellation ear pods) and they were a pleasure to be with.

My bathroom marble floor and vanity was really in horrible shape after 10 1/2 years of use. Boston Stone Restoration restored my old marble to look like new! It was so shiny when done I actually said "oh wow its till wet" when in fact it was not wet it was the new shiny finish. I loved the whole experience from the text that the techs where on route to me. I really appreciated that as its so great for planning the day. The techs were professional and nice. Boston Stone Restoration did a magnificent job restoring our old tired looking marble and limestone floors. From the start my experience with Boston Stone Restoration has been incredible. The communication with Joni and Melissa at the office has always been pleasant, professional and helpful. There were two Covid scares (one on our end and one on theirs) that we had to work around in scheduling and Joni was great to communicate about that with. Paul was prompt, informative and honest at our site visit.

We were proposing to do a fireplace in addition to the countertops and instead of upwelling, he was honest that in our circumstance the best choice was to not do the fireplace. They were able to get us in right away and Keenan and Ismael (please forgive me if I have the names wrong) were prompt, friendly and professional. The time for work they quoted was exactly accurate and they have a great text service that lets you know when the team is dispatched and when the job is completed.

They left the counters looking beautiful and cleaned up after the job was completed. Truly one of the best experiences I've had with any contractor (and I've worked with many). It's clear they all work well as a team from start to finish.

Boston Stone Restoration did a beautiful job of resurfacing our kitchen counter that was heavily etched and stained. It looks brand new. They were quick, tidy, and professional.

Our marble was in rough shape and I hated looking at it. After speaking with Melissa over the phone, we set up a time for Paul to come out and quote us on the job. He was honest and not pushy whatsoever to allow us to make the best decision for us on the direction we wanted to go. We decided to just refinish our island based on his advice and upgraded to the higher finish to gain more longevity.

It came out better than brand new. They were fast and efficient completing the work and we are all around completely satisfied with our experience. Would absolutely recommend them and use them again when we get sick of looking at our remaining beat up countertops :
