I received services the same day I called. Very reasonable. Micheal knows his stuff. In and out in less than an hour. Could have probably replaced the springs with his eyes closed. No, upsell. Great experience at a very good price.

Called them in the morning to come to look at my garage door which had come off track. Michael showed up by noon and 45 minutes later the door was fixed and working like it was just installed. Great service and even better price. 5 STARS!

2 stars is for how quickly they got out and did the service (despite cancelling our first appt and rescheduling us for the next day, which they were also late for). But be careful, this business will quote you one thing and then when they show up to do the work, it's a much higher price. Feeling pretty swindled, they charge a percentage for credit card transactions, no clear communication on what we actually asked for, and when we asked to break up the payments between two cards, they charged the full amount on one card and said "oops". It's fine, just our livelihood that you're saying "oops" about. I would never do business with them again just based on how careless they were about our situation.

Ever since I bumped my garage door with my car, it started having problems opening up. I might have bent the entire thing, and when I tried to open it, its lower right corner would always scrape against the floor of the driveway. I decided to get the whole thing replaced, so I started looking online for a company that could do that.
