Very disappointed in the way my call was handled. I called last week for a quote and spoke to a woman, She told me that the service call would be $45 and that the amount would be applied to the repair should we opt to have the work done. Today I called and spoke to somebody named "Dennis." He said the service call would be $65. When I explained to him that the lady told me last week that it would be $45, he made no apologies and simply said "she shouldn't have quoted a price.

She is just the message taker." Not my problem. He didn't offer to honor the price quoted last week or take any responsibility for the confusion. I asked him if he was the owner of the business and he said "yes." His name was Dennis. I said "thank you" and hung up. I don't know if this company does good work or not, but I can tell you this: The customer service is lousy, and very unprofessional. Not a good sign. Sent me running in the other direction.

Don't use them. They came the same day I called for a diagnosis. We paid for the diagnosis but the technician did not write down specifics as to what was wrong with our fridge. The next day we called and asked them to provide us with the detail of the diagnosis, ie; what the issue is, what parts are needed etc. but on day 3 at 3:30 pm we still have not recieved a phone call to tell us the details of the diagnosis.

In fact, the guy asked us to stop calling because he did not know the details of the diagnosis. He was waiting for the technician to call him back with the details! How does it take 2 days to get the detail? Bad service! Meanwhile our fridge is broken and we have to use an ice chest!

Awesome service and great Technicians! They arrived 10 minutes early and got my Fridge cooling again without having to come back. Time is money and they sure saved me alot of it. No complaints here whatsoever.
