This company has exceeded my expectations. Everything went exactly as explained and all members of team coordinated well. Going solar is a detailed process, Brian was my first point of contact sales rep, knowledgeable in explaining the process, and walking me through the process. I did not have any questions unanswered at any time. Their engineers and installation team were very efficient and got the job done as expected and cleaned up very well, answered my questions.

From start to finish, it was a couple of months for this process, but very well explained. I highly recommend this group.! Congratulations Nathan for your team! And thank you all for my system installed.

If you are looking for a company that is reliable, and keeps their word, I highly recommend you use someone else. Our sales rep was a very arrogant a$$. When we brought it to the office managers attention, Nathan, he said he would take care of it. After two weeks of being non-responsive, He blew us off, he was just to busy. Then he passed off the closing documents to "JJ" she thought we lived in Milton. Really?

The install was in Pensacola and you thought we lived in Milton? This company is LAZY, They do NOT follow up. I have had this system for a month and still have not received a manual. Also, not even a person to tell me what to look out for, or any other info. They get your signature and hit the road! They have their money. They do not care. The installers are the only good part of this company. Maybe they should train the sales team. They get one star because I can not give them "no" stars.

We had a great experience from sales to installation and after. Maybe a year after installation they replaced a panel not performing correctly without me requesting it. Great value!

Sunfarm solar energy installed my system in mid-Nov 2020. I am very happy with the results as the system is providing energy and results as expected. A few things that I would like to mention is to review your energy use patterns prior to install. The following items will lower your energy bill (demand side): 1. New roof. Make sure that it is a lighter colored shingle as the dark shingles collect heat (and will cause greater energy consumption). 2.

Make sure that you have the newer underlayment when installing the roof. This will shield the heat as well. 3. Make sure that you have energy efficient appliances. Examples are efficient refridgerators and air conditioning units. AC units with inverter technology will save up to 35% of energy use. In addition, a new stove using magnetic induction heating will save upwords of 60% energy. 4.

Install a variable speed water pump if you have a pool. Very energy efficient with 50% energy savings. 5. House insulation. Polyurethane foam is the best, but having insulation will save on your heating and cooling energy costs. My energy consultant was Brian O"Sullivan. Brian is very good at providing detailed information and packet. I compared with my neighbor's solar info packet, and my neighbor was not offered anything close to the Sunfarm energy packet (expected energy generation, financials, payback, etc.).

In closing, we are entering inflationary period will all pricing will be going up. Installing solar will allow you to "lock in" on energy costs, allowing you to avoid these increased costs. Lastly, the energy loan rates are extremely low, and fixed. With the Federal energy tax savings, installing solar systems make sense.

This company came highly recommended by friends and they were correct! Bart came out and explained everything, gave us a quote and we signed up. He said it would be about a month for the permit process and sure enough they were here to do the installation in that time frame. Jack and the great team of guys did a wonderful job. They were friendly, courteous and professional. The panels are perfectly straight and the rest of the work was well done too. I would highly recommend this company for your solar panels!

Adding some to my home and using SunFarm energy was one of the best decisions I could have made for our home and my family. Brian O'Sullivan was patient and so helpful during the entire process. Amazing experience!

We cannot give enough praise to JJ & everyone at SunFarm in making our home go Solar! They are truly professional & care about the daunting steps to go energy independent. They were with us every step of the way, including post-install to make sure everything was working. We are now able to take advantage of the Federal rebate and a whole-home self-powered system.

Between the Enphase & Tesla Apps, we get instant real-time feedback on our solar production. Incidentally, we've become more conscious of our energy consumption & are better stewards of that energy, since. On top of that, during a major storm or power outage, we now have backup power indefinitely fueled by the sun. Spanning your energy consumption over time is the only justification for going solar, including a date w/n 10 years of paying for itself. The zero down, qualified financing, & federal rebate make it possible. Having a quality Solar installer like SunFarm walking you through it all. you'll have no regrets.

I don't usually write reviews, but I just have to say SunFarm Energy, in Pensacola, has to be one of the worst establishments. I moved to my home in March and I have called SunFarm Energy every month since then to activate my solar panels. It is now November. Whenever I or my spouse call there is always an excuse or no response at all. There is no way someone pays thousands of dollars on something they can't use.

All I asked is if they could come by to activate my solar panels. I should not have to be put on the back burner. The customer service is horrific. This business is beyond unprofessional. For those of you have experienced their professionalism. GREAT! Others have not.

This was our pick for a local solar provider, and I can't speak more highly about the experience. We were starting from scratch - didn't even know what we didn't know. But Sun Farm did an excellent job teaching us along every step of the way, from the planning to the installation to the inspections process. And they've been more than helpful even as we've had more questions post-install. And the option to include spray foam insulation was a perfect fit for us. Now I just need the clouds to go away!

Can't say enough with the whole SunFarm Energy Team. They went above and beyond and we couldn't be happier with our system. Big shout out to Brian Sullivan. Outstanding service, prompt and always professional. If you are not going with SunFarm for all your solar needs, you are making a mistake. It will cost you in the long run to go with the other fly by night solar companies.
