I have been waiting since September of 2021 for my quartzite countertop to be completed for its missing piece by the stove. I've contacted the owner countless times and informed he is working on it. He stopped answering my communication. This is very disappointing. Customers deserve better service and quality.

I called and asked for a quote on getting a backsplash done in my kitchen. He stated he would call and come out on either a Thursday or Friday. We never got a call. Then, when I called him (a week later) to see if he could still come out, he informed me that he couldn't take the job because he didn't have anyone to do it, his "other guys" couldn't and it was too big of a job. Ummm.how did he know it was too big of a job if he hadn't come out and why couldn't he tell me this the week before and not waste my time? I was just irritated with the situation and his lack of professionalism overall.

Very disappointed in their service and professionalism. Job suppose to take 10days instead it took 3weeks for them to finish. Owner, Sergio always ask for more money if something needed to change from original agreement. Their tiling work on my master bathroom floor is awful that they cut bigger tile in 4 pieces to use. And it's not cuted in same size makes each line of tiles on the floor not straight.
Also granite countertops came in as broken, one of them needed replacement due to a big crack and the other one needed lots of repair on multiple dents everywhere. I feel that this owner is using materials from his inventory, so it's been prob. sitting for many years. They stood us up few times with the appointment and told us last minutes that they could not come that day. The owner told us their business runs by customers word of mouth, however I would not recommend this company to my friends and family.
