Recently, I had the pleasure of working with Rahul Dewan at Wall and Tile.com. As a retail project manager for a small job, there were a few twists and turns on what was to be a very standard order and Mr. Dewan was super efficient and helpful in assisting me with some questions to complete the order. There was a minor change to the order at the last minute, and - as it was packed to ship - Mr. Dewan was able to hold the shipment and facilitate the requested change and executed it flawlessly the next business day. DO NOT use this company. I paid $27 for shipping for small samples of a tile. What arrived was not a sample. It was tile pieces that were not bubbled wrapped and totally fell apart. I requested refund for HALF OF THE shipping and they completely refused. Scammers, do NOT use. See the attached picture. This is what showed up as a "sample" of my tile. They repeatedly refused to refund the shipping and could not send another sample.

They repeatedly lied about the price of shipping, first they told me it had to be palletized and would weigh 150 lbs. When they shipped it turned out to be 104 lbs and was shipped vie boxes regular UPS. Then they tried to show me some overinsured, pickup on the same day pricing. lie after lie after lie. The actual shipping cost should have been between $90 and $120, They charged me $210
