Today, Andrew assisted me in replacing the toilet and faucet in my compact master bathroom. He helped me choose fixtures that harmonized perfectly with the existing ones, and I am absolutely delighted with the results.

Cape Plumbing just finished replacement of old cast iron pipes. They did a great job on our first house and we trusted them enough to hire them again on our second purchase. Elmer was awesome. His crew worked hard and delivered everything on time and within budget, including discovering and fixing additional problems once they were under the house.

Difficult job and thanks to Elmer and Mark. I have already engaged Elmer to move interior shower plumbing in an upcoming remodel. Thanks guys!

11/4/23 had a leak in my bathroom wall. Call Cape Plumbing and Michael came out immediately. Did a fantastic job! Thank you Michael and Cape Plumbing.

Our senior parent had hired this plumber for clogged sink in kitchen. Opened up to a much larger job that did not get completed as offered nor expected. We reached out to owner and found a compassionate, honest person. He was very fair in reviewing current work completed, work needed to be finished, and missed. His Foreman came out and spent all the time needed to make things right.

He worked within a seniors heightened challenges and worry. They even set appointment to revisit and finalize work. They were prompt and courteous on each visit and really tried to go the extra mile to make this experience pleasurable. We were comfortable adding on some additional work that was considered optional to complete the entire project and all its options.

As you can imagine a senior parent isn't always up to this additional time and effort. This is a plumbing business we will use for additional needs on our home also. Kudos!

We hired Cape Plumbing to install gas lines to four appliances in our home. I worked with the owner, Mark, to get the permit issued for the job. He was friendly, thorough and responsive throughout the process. The plumber who wrote up our estimate and ran the gas lines was Tom. Tom was prompt, informative, friendly and checked in with me about our satisfaction with his work a few times.

My husband is a former trim carpenter, and has high expectations when it comes to workmanship. He was very impressed with Tom's work! I highly recommend Cape Plumbing if you are looking for a company that provides high quality work in a professional manner.

Mike and Mark are the best! Mark was very responsive after each of the two times we called and Mike did extremely great work installing our toilet, fixing our water heater issues, clearing out our sink clog and even fixing the unplanned work of the main water supply right on the spot for a very reasonable cost! I called cape plumbing after recommendation from a coworker, I reached an answering service, i had a return call within minutes. I scheduled an appointment. The plumber arrived within the scheduled time, i received an estimate and explanation of what the job required. The estimate was reasonable compared to a previous estimate. The Job was completed that same day, mess was cleaned up. Plumber was named Michael- he was respectful to me, and my property. I was very pleased.

BestBuy was recently installing our new washer n dryer, during the install they broke the water pipe and flooded my 1st floor ceiling. Called many plumbing companies but they all said they would call me back in a hour or two. Called Cape Plumbing and Michael said he would be at my house in 30 minutes, and that's exactly when he arrived. Once he was done all the other companies called me back saying it'll be a hour eta, but I respectfully declined and informed them cape plumbing had already replaced my old system with a new one. 5 star, definitely recommend! I use Cape Plumbing all the time because they are reliable, credible, professional and friendly. They allow me to request the same plumber Elmer Noone all the time. Elmer explains all the problems that exist and solutions and completes the job in a timely manner with no mess behind. Elmer is the very best!

We have been using Cape Plumbing for a few years now. Any time we have a plumbing issue they are quick to respond and send a tech out. This particular call we had a slab leak, which can be quite messy and costly. Michael was knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. He was efficient and his work was neat. And most importantly I felt safe having him in my home and around my kids. He was even helpful when it came to educating me on the insurance claim process. Great experience!

I have used Cape Plumbing Inc as my go to plumbing company many times. My bathroom sink was backed up & toilet tank was not filling up with water. I called Cape Plumbing Inc, I explained my plumbing issues. Brandon H. arrived early & showed me everything he was going to do to fix my plumbing. He installed a new fill valve in the toilet. Had a wonderful experience with this company. Must say that Tom made it all worth it. Tom initially came out when to give an estimate as is was interviewing several high ranked plumbers in the area - but it's because of Tom that i selected Cape which turned out to be the. best decision. Tom was selected due to his knowledge, ability to communicate and relate to me (the customer) and very pleasant and profile demeanor.

All work was executed timely as promised and was very prompt and pleasant with high quality. I STRONGLY recommend this company. Mark the owner was great as well and must say he couldn't have made a better choice with Tom.

Tom from Cape Plumbing came out today and installed our whole home water filtration system and I gotta say we were very impressed. He was responsive, communicative in what he was going to do, the finished job was top notch and he's coming back out on Thursday to flush the system so it's working properly. We contracted with Tom from Cape Plumbing In Pomano Beach to repair a water leak under the slab In our commercial property. Our bill for two offices was almost $800 a month. The leak was under a office floor. They expertly cut the slab and excavated the area. They were able to repair the water pipe and solve our leak. They were prompt, courteous and very professional. They communicated with us at every step of the repair process. After completion of the work the area was left immaculate. I highly recommend Tom with Cape Plumbing.

I asked for an estimate to reorganize a backlogging kitchen sink and to install a vanity and toilet in a powder room. I was supplying the vanity and toilet. The final quote was $1250. A very nice gentleman Tom showed up when he said he would, explained everything. He insisted I needed to change the garbage disposal, which I told him was about 3 years old and working fine.

He said it was because of the height of the neck. Every time I tried to ask him how much it would be if I just bought the garbage disposal he would avoid it slightly and said they would provide it. He even gave me the product they would use, told me it was about $225. Insinkerator Badger 5. I just looked it up, it is $100.99 at home depot. I guess I look like someone that doesn't look up the prices of anything?

He kept confusing his numbers when he wrote the quote, then changed the numbers when i kept asking the details. For replacing a toilet they had originally told me on the phone $225, then Tom told me they charge $125 for each shutoff they have to replace, which I thought was a lot. I have had 2 bathrooms redone completely and every time the contractor decides I need a new shutoff, they usually just ask for the cost of the part.

So based on this, replacing 2 shutoffs for the vanity would cost more than replacing a whole toilet? He came back after he left originally, to ask if they had told me about the $65 estimate fee. I said no, because I was never told that. I feel that should've been specified when I scheduled the appointment, and if the customer says they were never told, maybe make some kind of arrangement.

I guess I also look like a liar. Anyway, based on the reviews, seems like this company does good work for most people(?), but I completely lost trust based on multiple things. I would never call this company again. Someone that has done work in by bathroom in the past just quoted me less than half the price.

This took place 2 years ago. I used Mark for a hidden under slab water leak. He found the problem and rerouted the pipe. I end up saving about 2K from his original estimate. Definitely recommend

Excellent service. Arrived within original time window and Arsenio (very professional and nice young man ) resolved my clog quickly and answered all my questions. He offered additional services and explained why I should partake. I said I need to think it over and will let him know. He said of course and gave me his card with a future discount. I will definitely use Cape again!

Kudos to this company! We had a water leak in our kitchen area, called Cape Plumbing and Steven came out and pin-pointed the leak location immediately. He came back on a Saturday to repair, he also recommended a restoration service and arranged for them to come and set up. Steven and his helper did a fabulous job in repairing and cleaning up afterwards! I can and will recommend this company anytime, thank you for a great job done fast!

Ouch! Nasty nasty attitude from the fellow I spoke with just now. I need a water tank BOX for a specific item I'm packing for a move. I offered to pay whatever.come pick it up. And he bit my head off. 'NOOO.IF YOU WANT A WATER TANK I'LL PUT IT IN, BUT YOU CAN'T HAVE THE BOX!' So much for that jerk!

Called Cape to repair leaking hose valve on patio. They quickly scheduled appointment for next day per my request. Promptly arrived and repaired what was needed by a very respectful, polite, and professional young man, Arsenio from the Boca office. Couldn't have been more pleased!

I am adding to the many glowing reports for Cape Plumbing. I called them at about 3 pm and they apologized for not being able to come until the next day. That was fine, I didn't expect them to be able to come that same day and it was not an emergency. They gave me a two-hour morning time frame. Thomas called me that morning and said he might be running a bit late. Again, not a problem for me.

I appreciated the call. He called again when he was on his way and actually showed up only about 5 minutes after the original time frame. He found the problem with my water heater immediately and made the repair quickly, neatly, and efficiently. He gave me the price before he started the work. Because my problem involved the circuit breaker and the hot water heater, I had called an electrician the previous day who wanted to replace my entire circuit board for $5000.

Besides being unnecessary, it would not have resolved my problem. I will be using Cape Plumbing for any future plumbing needs and will recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber. Thomas went above and beyond expectations and the price was very reasonable!

So far so good! I came home to find quite a mess under my sink. Water coming out of the cabinet under the sink and on to the floor. We called Cape at around 6:00 and approximately an hour later Thomas was at the door. He fixed the faucet where the leak was. He was quick, courteous, and knowledgeable! I got their name from Best Pick Reports. Thank you so much for recommending them.

Had a leak coming from floor of bedroom. Called this company after other company did not show up twice. Appointment was from 4-6pm. He did not call me. He did not call tenant. He did not show up at all. He did not return multiple calls. It's as simple as that. What would you think if that was you?

This company is a little more expensive, but the saying goes (and is true) you get what you pay for. They went out of their way to obtain a "vintage" part that was needed. This company was recommended to me by my daughter and where other plumbing companies said the work can't be done, Cape, came and did the work. If you want good service, exceptional work, and work done right then go with Cape Plumbing. I highly recommend them.

I had a leak in the ceiling of my garage. I had another company come out first and told me they couldn't help. I called Cape late evening and was surprised someone answered the phone. He explained to me how he can find the leak. They had someone out the next morning. I think his name was Michal and he took one look and said he could find the problem.

He cut open a small patch of the drywall and was able to find the leak and repair it in about an hour. He then took pictures for me and cleaned up the entire area. The price was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing work.

Nice kid came out but he quotes us $475 and come to find out that's not what needed to be fixed.

We just moved into our home in Ft. Lauderdale on Friday. Friday evening a toilet was leaking and we shut off the valve. Neighbors recommended Cape Plumbing and we called (as former NYers we did not expect anyone to answer the phone). We spoke with George and he scheduled us for the same day between 3-5 pm ( not possible!). Robert Ratliff called twice with updates from the road ( no way, we said). He was a total professional plumber with a personality to match. He repaired the leak and we wanted him to move in with us but he gently rejected the offer.

Feb 2016 Review I called a couple plumbers could not even get a phone call back. When I called Steve from Cape Plumbing he was very honest and straight forward with the pricing and time. We scheduled service and within 48 hours water heater was replaced. I have to compliment Mat on the work done, he was very courteous and explained everything well.

Nice job guys and I highly recommend them. July 2016 I was working on remodeling my garage on Saturday and decided I could not install my utility sink without some modifications, so I decided to call Cape Plumbing who I used in the past. I called about noon and was but expecting them to be out for a couple days because it was a Saturday, but they send someone out right away.

The technician that came out was up front on the cost and everything was included (including a couple extra parts). He was quick, efficient and tested everything before he left. It was a little more than I expected but it was worth it. This is the second time I used them and I highly recommend them. I will be using them when I remodel the bathroom later this year.

I had a terrible day with the city of plantation with a broken meter line. After waiting 6 1/2 hours for someone to come out from the city it was determined it was my responsibility. When I called Mark was so agreeable to making sure in spite of a heavy workload that someone was out to repair so I had water tonight.

So it is very rare to find a plumbing service that is honest and truly understands customer service beyond simply providing a service. After purchasing the home one week later we found our water meter was running consistently at the street yet no water was running in the house. After calling for different plumbing companies and getting four different stories with quotes ranging anywhere from five to $15,000 differential we were referred to Cape plumbing via Angie's list.

Not only was impressed but I was blown away by there technology professionalism in regards to diagnosing the situation. Their bid to repair to water lines which were broken under the slab of the house was not only reasonable but it was guaranteed. After spending over 14 hours at our house and we were left with the problem solved no up charges and again the utmost professionalism in handling what could have been a stressful situation as a homeowner. As a real estate professional we will recommend their company and services to every individual and customer and would highly recommend them to fellow yelpers.
