Best Hardwood Flooring

My husband and I were just driving by and decided to stop in and check out the flooring. I am so glad we did. We met Rosa ( which I can't say enough good things about) and she immediately helped us and was always friendly, attentive and went out of her way to see that we for the exact floors we were looking for. Caesar was prompt and very knowledgeable and helpful with design and installation. Going out of his way as well when we had questions.

Even making a visit just to answer those questions. Mario and Adrian were amazing installers, very efficient, friendly, kind and went above and beyond for us during installation with changes and extra design needs. This was the second time we used Best Hardwood. First time was a great experience installing manufactured hardwood which is why we went with them again. Generally I'd say the first time was very personal. The owner (I think) came out onto the showroom floor and explained pros and cons of different products/brands. He came out to the house and gave us different pricing option.

And when there was an issue with a plank, they came out and fixed it perfectly. The second time, not so good. Generally it seemed to me like they have more work than they can effectively manage. When initially shopping for the flooring this time, any questions turned into the sales girl reading off the back panel of the sample. I had to call back on several occasions after sales staff did not follow through on quote requests or questions I had that they could not answer.

Our installers were contracted, and didn't have a very good idea of any previous communication. This resulted in a lot of miscommunication, extra work/time, and increased costs. Probably will not use them again.

The workmanship was outstanding, the product was excellent and the job execution was very efficient. It was a pleasure to work with Best flooring and the installation crew was first rate. I will be calling upon them for additional products and services in the future! They are very professional and responsive. I highly recommend.

They did our fireplace and all the tile for our house. They did a fantastic job and were great from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company!

2020 has been cruel to the earth however we have had a grand experience with Cesar and Miguel Best Flooring. Our house has been transformed into a rich comfortable home by their Craftsman. With every business you have some employees that stand above the rest, one that we would mention, would be Mario. His attention to detail was second to none on our Sheoga hickory flooring. Mario also has excellent people skills. Owning businesses in the past I would have been proud to have had Mario represent my company.

We also are pleased with Jose' tile work. The tile and the Hickory complemented each other in a most pleasing manner. We would not hesitate to use Cesar and Miguel's Best Flooring Company in the future. I called Cesar today just to thank them and he promptly took my call not knowing what the call was about! This company was the best I've ever worked with for flooring. They were professional and extremely courteous. They were able to work with my budget and went above and beyond the call of duty. I was out of town when they installed my hardwood floor.
