Salvo Pools did my pool renovation. The liner needed to be changed and once it was out, extensive wall damage was revealed. Inspite of many obstacles like Covid, supply delays and ground water pushing up my pool turned out great! Rob, who supervised the project, always promptly returned my texts. Anthony, Eric and David were delivering beautiful work and had great attitudes. I do recommend this company!

While I did not use salvo pools, because I don't own a pool, but one of their drivers let me out of my neighborhood while I was waiting for traffic to clear and it was super busy and he took the time just to do that, so I can't imagine that their business practice would be worse than that I'm sure they're all great people

The house I bought needed a complete resurface. The front office staff, Brittany, was fantastic. The folks at Salvo Pools kept me informed when concrete became an issue during the pandemic and let me know when it was available again. The crew who demoed and them resurfaced did an excellent job. I used Salvo Pools for my personal home and have since referred them to numerous friends who have also used their services. Even though I was against the idea of a pool at first, my wife was the driving force, and I'm glad she was. The kids LOVE it and the cool features (hot tub, water jets, kiddie pool, and bubblers) that were suggested make it our favorite thing to do.

My 10 year old liner was done for. I got quotes from 7 other places around town. Some places didn't even get back with me and some literally wanted double the money for the same job. Salvo was easy to get in contact with and had the most competitive price for the liner replacement. See photos of the process. Very happy with the end result!

The people at Salvo pools are great. Ryan, Brittnay, and especially Dan have all done a wonderful job. The pool looks great! I cant say enough good things about them. We got a little rushed in the end and Dan wrapped up the pool quickly, when he said things would be done they were! Very pleasant company to work with. Would recommend them without reservation. Update: Two years later, pool looking and running great! Haven't had any issues. Great quality!

These guys are the real deal! Salvo Pools just replaced the liner on my in-ground 16' x 32' pool. Their price was competitive and fair. The most important thing to me was that I not loose use of the pool for a huge chunk of summer and so Ryan promised me no more than 5 days max start to finish. Well they removed the old and installed the new liner in ONLY TWO (2) DAYS.

We did not even miss a single weekend of swimming. It looks great! And they have since come back 3 times now to address some minor details to my complete satisfaction. Could not be happier and I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND Salvo Pools!

From Day 1, researching pool companies and asking for quotes, Morgan was by far the most responsive. This was my husband's and I first time building something, so we had LOTS of questions. Morgan and Ryan were so patient as they helped us design the pool of our dreams. They never made us feel bad when we wanted to "tweak" the plans or even change them completely.

They made us feel like no question was too small and we never felt pushed into a decision that we didn't want. The Salvo employees were always so nice and considerate with communicating when there would be noise and/or trucks coming in and out so we could plan accordingly. The outcome is a pool that we are SO in love with and so excited that it's now a part of our family's memories!

Salvo pools did a stand up job! Our pool was a black swamp. It's sparkly blue now! Every single representative that came to our home was courteous and kind. They were flexible with scheduling. Not once did I see a worker being lazy on the job. Highly recommend them! They stand by their work! Would completely use them again!

I hired this company to remove a stain (probably algae) from my pool. The technician was extremely nice, and he recommended we first treat the pool for copper staining. If that didn't work, he said that they could acid wash it. I asked the cost of both treatments. He said the copper treatment would be about $150, and the acid washing would be more but without specifying.

I agreed to do both unconditionally. I want the job done! The treatment left a white powder precipitant on the pool floor, and this made the water appear blue and beautiful, but it required vacuuming. So I agreed to pay for vacuuming, though the price was unstated. The chemical treatment took three weeks and was a dismal failure. No improvement. The technician said the company would call me to schedule the acid wash, but I received no call.

After that, the technician did not return my phone call message, but the company receptionist said that a manager would call me back. I never heard from anyone. The following week I received an inflated bill for approximately $450 for the failed chemical "treatment". Salvo never called me back to follow up with the acid wash. Bottom line is, inflated billing and very poor service. Seems like a rip off to me, but you make the call. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I called with a pump programming issue and used Salvo because they installed the pump with the previous home owners. The service tech literally hit a few buttons and was done. They charged us $99 for this. I will not call them again.

I can't say enough good things about Salvo Pools. The pricing was more than fair for the quality of work they provide. Ryan made sure that there wasn't a single detail missed and executed our vision flawlessly. The team was professional and kept communication during the entire project. You can tell they care about making sure the job gets done the right way. I would highly recommend Salvo Pools to anyone looking for quality work.

We hired Salvo Pools to clean a very green pool (almost black). The service was done within the timeframe and estimate quoted, we were kept updated on the process and told what to expect next. I met two of the skilled technicians, Saxon and Matthew; both were very friendly and professional. We decided to go with the weekly service and we are glad we did.
