We met Rick and Terri at the home and garden show, and liked them right away. They completed a remodel of our kitchen, removed an old stone fireplace and replaced it with a modern tile front, replaced carpet with LVT in most of our rooms, repainted the entire interior, replaced our bathroom vanities, replaced our stair railing with a gorgeous modern one, and did numerous other updates.
We loved working with them! They were great at asking what we wanted, and providing suggestions from their experience, with the result being an outcome that was perfect for us! With any major remodel project such as ours, there will always be a few bumps along the way, but Rick and Terri were always responsive and held all their subs accountable until the work was done to our satisfaction.
They never expected us to settle for less than our expectations, and always encouraged us to let them know if we weren't happy with anything. They responded to our phone calls and texts immediately - never a delay in getting a question answered. The work completed on our place was all high quality, and it turned out beautiful! I would definitely use them again, and would highly recommend them.

My husband and I first met Rick and Terri Willcut at the Tulsa home and garden show. We had met several vendors who do remodel work but we really clicked with Rick and Terri. We needed our whole first level completely remodeled and some work upstairs. We were trying to turn a 1975 build into an open concept. They came to our home and we described the work we wanted done.
Soon after we had 'demo day' and the work began. No matter what we wanted done. Rick always said, "We can do that". Terri was also available in the design element, example-choosing paint colors, tile, etc. We added things along the way and they were very accommodating. Their subs were very knowledgeable and timely. Rick did a great job of coordinating.
He can be a pit bull in your corner when needed, example-dealing with different vendors and holding them accountable. We are so pleased with the final result. It's been described as very elegant. Thank you to Rick and Terri and the Will Pro team.

Stay away from Will Pro! The salesman clearly low-balled the estimate for a new roof. He said they were working in the neighborhood and could start in a few days. He called everyday while I obtained other estimates from his competition. The other roofers were going to use the same shingles and had the same warranty. The only difference was the price.
When I decided to go with Will Pro, the salesman slipped me a work order to sign that was $1,000 more than the original estimate. Two weeks go by and nothing. I was about to call someone else to do the job when the salesman calls me saying the materials would be delivered and work would begin the day after that. The workers showed up after 4 p.m and started tearing off shingles.
While that was happening, the salesman called me to say there was an additional layer of shingles that needed to be removed, and they wanted even more money to finish the job. That is funny because I have a written insurance claim and 3 other estimates that say I only have 2 layers of shingles to remove. I asked to speak to his boss, and he said the owner (Rick) was parked across the street from my house.
I told them to get off my property. Over several days, the owner refused to negotiate or return my deposit. With a major rainstorm coming, I let them finish the job and paid the extra money they extorted from me. I will not do business with Will Pro again.

Whatever you do, do not hire this contractor. My family's lake house was hit by a tornado in April 2016 and our house is far from being repaired and it is now December. Every job that has been finished has been wrong and had to be redone. They do not provide proper invoices with the cost breakdown for any of the work completed and still demand payment.
They work one day a week and are very unprofessional. The entire roof had to be replaced due to the damage and they did it incorrectly and had to redo it. The house had a sunroom addition on the back and they installed the floor incorrectly and did not anchor it to the house (they left it free standing). Had to be redone. We thought that after the foreman for the job was let go that these issues would stop and the contractor would start getting things moving. We were wrong. Working one day a week continued and the demand for more money when jobs that had been started weren't complete continued.
