I've lived in my house for nearly 40 years and was using a company that was sold to a very large multi-state service company a few years ago. Their service was OK at the beginning but ultimately became the worst. Thankfully, after researching a ton of companies I found JR's on threebestrated.com. I needed someone with some good landscaping knowledge and a "good eye" to help me select two trees to replace two the other company planted which were not suitable. JR came through with flying colors and the pruning was excellent. JR's took care of me and will be my "go to" company from now on. I highly recommend them.

ZERO STARS. ACTUALLY BUT I HAD TO POST AT LEAST ONE TO GET THIS COMMENT UP SO THE PUBLIC CAN SEE HOW SHADY THIS BUSINESS IS. THIS COMPANY ACCEPTED A JOB AND DIDN'T COMPLETE IT. COMMUNICATION WAS HORRIBLE. INDIVIDUAL CAME OUT ONE DAY, DID A PARTIAL JOB, NEVER COMMUNICATED THAT THERE WAS ANY PROBLEMS. SEVERAL CALLS WERE MADE INQUIRING ABOUT WHY THE JOB WASN'T COMPLETED, NO ANSWER, FINALLY A RESPONSE, WITH A LIE THAT HE'D RETURN TODAY, NEVER RETURNED. BAD BUSINESS. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU DO BUSINESS.
