We are just wrapping up an extensive full house remodel with ACT builders. This project lasted over two years from design to finish and I can say that I would absolutely recommend ACT builders. You don't get through a full house remodel with out bumps, bruises, and conflict but I will tell you, the end result is all that we wanted and more. Their professionalism and follow through and commitment to making mistakes right and customer happy is above and beyond.
What shines above their skills in the trade is their character and integrity in a very difficult business. It could not be more difficult to complete a full house remodel during Covid and they finished the project well, made mistakes right, and were not above an apology. We are grateful for our relationship with Charlie and Aaron and all their subs.
We were very happy with all their subs except for maybe two but they made it right when things went south. Was it a perfect process? Not at all! I never want to do this again! However, we are thankful for all the hard work that went into remodeling our home and everything ACT did to make our dream a reality. It truly is beautiful. Thank you Corin, Susie, Charlie, and Aaron and everyone who worked so hard!
