Wonderful experience, called one evening and they were out the next day to fix my broken spring. Reasonably priced and honest work. I HIGHLY recommend then for your garage door needs.

Communication is great with the text notifications letting me know when John would arrive. He even showed up ahead of the scheduled time and had the work completed very quickly. Total cost was right in line with expectations, would definitely recommend.

They were quick to respond (which is why the two stars were give ) but dishonest and really didn't give us a full solution. I noticed our garage door had been acting up so I called and had them come out to look at it. They said all we needed was a new spring system, great! I asked, we don't need a new door? Nope, so we had them replace the whole spring system. 500 dollars by the way.

After this they said we may want to get the door reinforced or get a new door. Ok, great. So my husband calls another company to get their quote and when they came out they told us that the 500 dollars we just spent less than a week ago was basically pointless since a new door would come with a new spring system. I am almost 7 months pregnant and furious that this money could have been spent on our baby instead of replacing something twice that is now brand new! Do your research before entrusting these guys! Typically I don't give bad reviews, but this one set me off!

Short version: avoid Innovative Door Systems and save yourself from overpaying. Detailed version: After hearing one of our garage door springs break one evening, I called Innovative Door Systems to request a representative come out and view the broken spring on our garage door. I informed them that i would be at work but my wife would be available at home to assist them, if needed. Arriving on time for their appointment, the two representatives informed my wife that although one spring was broken, the other one should be replaced as well.

The average cost for the springs, even with inflation prices like they are, are ~$100. After the two representatives finished the work in under 20mins, I was invoiced for $475. The invoice included "double springs, lubricated door, service, labor". After reviewing the overpriced invoice, I called Jonathan and asked for an explanation. He explained that these springs are "in high demand" and "the prices of those springs have gone up".

I asked if ~$200 was acceptable for 20mins worth of labor and he said "yeah, that sounds right". No other explanations were given and I was shrugged off like the situation was not of any concern to IDS.

Very pleased with John, Justin and James. They came when they said they would, very knowledgeable of my problems, broken Spring, also did some adjustments and bracing. Had some parts issues but they were very persistent in finding the right part. They could have put a smaller spring in and last about half the time as the right one, and I probably would not have known the difference. They're trustworthy and I'd recommend them and I'll definitely use them again

From quote to finish, they were straight up and honest. I needed a custom door, they got it ordered and installed within the time frame they told me. The installers did a great job. Everyone was friendly all around. I would use them again if I had more work to be done.

Guys came out within a few hours of being called. Gave me a quote to replace my garage door opener on the spot. Super nice to work with and very reasonable pricing. (Sometimes willing to match quotes from other places.)

Fast, thorough, friendly, professional. Chris & James are super cool dudes and did an excellent job. They showed up in the timeframe they said they would be here. They got the job done quickly (we had a spring repair job). They made sure everything was correct before they left. And their automated text communication process kept me informed the whole time. Highly recommend.

The contractors were very polite and were also knowledgeable of the door system. They rambled off what they needed to do and got the work done in less than an hour. Now my garage opens and closes like it should. There Are still reliable workers out there!

Excellent and quick service! They were able to come out and replace our door within a couple days. The guys installing were very courteous and didn't leave until everything was working perfectly. I'll definitely be calling them again in the future should I need any service.

Door sensor wasnt't working. Never have had any issues before. Messaged these guys I found on google. Called me same day and came out the very next day. Unfortunately for them my door started working again. But John still called me and checked everything before he left my house and didn't even charge me. I was expecting at least a service charge but $0. I appreciate that and now I will recommend anyone to them. Just for that small act of kindness.

Great color door that's far better then the replacement that had very little insulation in comparison to our new door. Very dependable and professionally installed.

The home improvement store that I initially had planned to purchase a new garage door installation from said they had a 90-day lead time on jobs. We had Innovative come out and they quoted us for a door installation. The home improvement store was slightly cheaper, so I gave Innovative the chance to match the price, since they promised a much faster turnaround.

They did match the price, and they had the door installed a week later! The new door looks and works great. They did excellent work and were easy to work with! Definitely recommend!

I hired this company because it had so many good reviews. They came out and did a good installation of two garage doors. After installation I contacted John (The business owner) on a Friday and requested that he visit with me and take care of a few minor items. He cam out first thing the following Monday and took care of most of my request. I believe John to be a good honest guy who cares about his clients and the quality of service.
