I had to call to get updates on my fence even when they said they would put it on their calendar to call and update me. Apparently the person who wrote down the size didn't include the one area that I really wanted enclosed but to their credit they ordered additional fencing because of the extended time it took to get the product in. The installers did a good job and any adjustments that I asked about were addressed.
In the end it was a good experience and I would recommend American Fence. My neighbors have complimented our new fence also. 3/8/22 - I called concerned about a gap that had opened up in the corner of the fence they came out and went over and above and fixed the issue (most probably caused by the cold temps). Still LOVE my fence and would still recommend American Fence & Supply.

We had a great experience with the sales department and installers, our split rail fence looks great and great quality. The billing department is horrible. Paid half up front and was invoiced the second half after completion. Mailed in immediately. Apparently, it got lost in the mail because we got a threatening call that a lien was going to be placed on our property if we didn't pay today. Paid by card and four days later they deposited our check.
No second invoice or courtesy call, just an unprofessional employee threatening us. Many people have asked about our fence and we tell them not to use this company unless they want to be treated like a crook.

My appreciation to Frankie, Justin and Jason for their hard work on my section of shadowbox fence and gate. They did a great job and were very professional. I needed my west lot line fence fully removed and replaced. American Fence came through with flying colors! I thank Katie for all of the ordering, tracking, and scheduling tasks, and her keeping me apprised of my installation. Toby and Timmy did a terrific job on the entire project, working like pros every step of the way--even in 30 degree weather! My fence looks amazing! It enhances my property and gives me the needed privacy.
